As much as I think Joshua is more polished. Wilders power is crazy and can completely knock Joshua, who's been pretty much protected, off his game
How much of that is just Fury just doing what he does though. He did the same thing to Wlad, except Wilder landed the punch that Wlad couldn’t. Fury’s done it to most everyone he’s fought, and his style isn’t easily replicated.
Joshua will be the one getting exposed in this fight. I felt Miller could have exposed Joshua too, though.
Why is everyone hating on Joshua’s opponents. He already beat Breazeale. He took on Wlad. Him and Deontay opponents are very similar. Ortiz = Povetkin. Wlad = Fury. The rest are all the same
Ortiz was very very close to beating Wilder too. Wilder was on the ropes barely hanging on at one point in the match.
To each other, or charity? Is it a gentleman's agreement or do you want to use an escrow once the fight is announced?
To each other. We can purchase a bottle from a local store. I’ll buy you something at a store close to you or you to me to save on shipping. We can have a gentleman’s agreement and I am willing to have either of ya change our minds from now until the first bell rings to start the fight. IDK if you want to put a time limit on the bet and revisit if we are still interested every so often. Right now so we now what we are betting on it’s about $65 American or a a bottle of about the same price you have AJ I have DW straight up no odds doesn’t have to be a KO just a win. Any type of draw, no contest or no decision and no one wins. Cool?
Not massive fights today, but solid cards nonetheless. First up: DAZN, 7:00 pm ET, Devin Haney vs Antonio Moran, Michael Hunter vs Fabio Maldonado, Filip Hrgovic vs Gregory Corbin, Jessica McCaskill vs Anahi Esther Sanchez. This was supposed to be Usyk-Takam, but Usyk is hurt and the show goes on. The most meaningful fight here is McCaskill-Sanchez, which is a 140-pound title unification. Haney is headlining, but this isn’t much of a ShoBox graduation on paper. Hunter and Hrgovic are heavyweights on the rise.
And then: FS1, 8:00 pm ET, Austin Trout vs Terrell Gausha, Chordale Booker vs Wale Omotoso, Ahmed Elbiali vs Marlos Simoes. Trout-Gausha is a fairly important fight at 154, in that the winner will stay in the mix and the loser won’t. Booker is an unbeaten 28-year-old junior middleweight facing a tough Nigerian vet who’s never been stopped in Omotoso. Elbiali is an Egyptian light heavyweight who got found out in a big way against Jean Pascal in 2017, just absolutely thrashed. Last time out in January he demolished the shell of Allan Green
And finally: ESPN, 10:00 pm ET, Masayuki Ito vs Jamel Herring, Jose Pedraza vs Antonio Lozada Jr. Ito-Herring is for Ito’s WBO 130-pound title, and the winner is likely to unify with Miguel Berchelt next. Pedraza looks to bounce back from his loss to Lomachenko.
SC can you tag me when the trout fight starts? Recording both other cards while watching the DAZN card
