BF2 is super fun in spite of the initial much deserved backlash. Looking forward to some cool DLC in the future hopefully.
Disney telling EA to fuck off would be huge. My dream would be for them to hire CD Projekt Red to do an open world RPG
I think that game looks awesome for sure but I only have time to play one at a time to be honest. I only play multiplayer on BF2 and the campaign is actually pretty stupid. Multiplayer is definitely the tits though.
It’s amazing that a kid’s cartoon show is more focused on continuity than any other medium of the new canon.
I feel bad for my kids that they only have one kind of game to enjoy in the Star Wars universe, whereas I had racing games, adventure games, RPGs, shooters, flight action games, etc. EA is the worst.
Well as a recent chord cutter there doesn't seem to be an option to watch minus getting sling. I downloaded the Disney now app and it only has season four up. Granted I looked for all of two minutes because again, chord cutting issue. I guess I'll have to wait till Disney has their own streaming service.
we find out that asohka's owl can travel through time and space, making it the most powerful character in star wars.
will be interested to hear the explanation for Ahsoka sitting out the entirety of the OT, especially with Anakin still around fucking shit up.
Very satisfying ending I guess the next series will fill in the world before TFA Wonder if it launches on the new streaming service, cause Dave Filoni has my money
Yup. Will be signing up for whatever that Disney streaming service is day 1. The guy on Collider suggested he should be given substantial creative control over LucasFilm and I can’t disagree.
Technically Asohka walked away from being a Jedi and stated in the series she still wasn’t a Jedi so from a certain point of view she wasn’t a hope for the galaxy
Either was Luke at first. he was too old, yes, too old to begin the training. And yoda never said their was another Jedi, just there was another...
there's no way they'd do that with it involving Leia. Jedi or not, she's still going to be against the Empire and what they do. Add in the Anakin relationship and there's not a good reason for her to not be involved if she's able to be. Presumably her story will involve her being unable to get back to them until it was all over.
Once Vader showed up she realized her presence would only attract undue attention. It’s a lot like Luke in ESB. That entire movie was pretty much Vader just trying to get Luke and torturing and/or murdering everyone in his way to do it.
I seem to remember filoni mention that the line could end up meaning something different a couple years ago when people started asking about where Ezra and Kanen were during the OT, so it was on their mind. I’m pretty sure it was in some discussion about Rex “being a commando on Endor”, but I may be wrong Anyway, that line was originally never intended to be about Leia. It only ended up being about Leia after Lucas rewrote parts of ROTJ during filming making her Luke’s sister and not love interest
DIdn't stop her from becoming Gandalf on Mandalore at some point. Vader couldn't sense Kenobi or Luke on Tatooine. Why would he be able to sense Ahsoka if he didn't think she survived Malacor and didn't hunt her until their encounter? If he did think she survived after Ezra pulled last week's bullshit, why didn't he hunt her?
In a more obscure new canon book they somewhat retconned the context of the OT that Yoda actually preferred to train Leia over Luke
