His parents put up their house. Two other people signed docs saying they'll owe $250m if he doesn't show up. That's it. That's how it works. Nobody has to show they have $250m to sign for him. It is a little concerning that the more I follow the space the more I come to the realization that most people involved w/ crypto are like actually crazy. I was pretty triggered yesterday scrolling my crypto twitter timeline and just seeing like 90% conspiracy theories. Most of my follows are traders but some are supposed to be pillars of the space. It's just a terrible look on top of an already terrible look from the FTX fallout. I'm still in it for the tech and I do really believe in some of the tech but it feels like were gonna need a longer winter than usual to get through this and a lot more adults in the room.
