They do suck, but idk how many options there are on thanksgiving. I’m at the Sam Houston hotel on prairie street.
because the search function doesn't work and i'm lazy can someone remind me the go to BBQ place(s) we get in at 1pm so hopefully one that won't be completely sold out also accepting other lunch options, had Cantina Barba flagged
Pinkertons Roegels Pit Room Candante Killens (requires a bit of travel but is dope) Texas Chocolate Corkscrew if you’re here on the weekend Eddie o’s for Mexican BBQ at D&T drive inn. That should get you there.
due to things out of my control only in town new years eve, new years, and heading to DFW the following day so will have to just see what's open
Cant suggest Cantina Barba enough. Their pork tacos with salsa verde and a michelada is like crack + sex
we're hitting ninfas that first night so we'll see if I can talk people into mexican for lunch too but it's my preference
El tiempo is better than ninfas FWIW bbq go to pinkertons or truth, pit room is a p distant third to those two IMO killens is the best but it’s the furthest drive
Their tater tot casserole is tits. The bbq is not worth the wait And agreed on ninfas on navigation better than el t
