Just shut up. I’ve lived here my whole life. Your personal beliefs of when to leave and when to stay are your own, but are not rational or in line with safety experts. Stop preaching like you are a damn god.
He lost Jeff. Jeff Gammons @StormVisuals 2m Still looking for Jeff P. Any other fellow chasers monitoring that have seen him? @StormVisuals 3m A very difficult time navigating through eastern Panama City right now. Almost every road is blocked in some way from power poles, large trees and structural damage. So many trees down on homes. @Jeff_Piotrowski and I were separated as the northern eyewall moved in near Parker.
This dick measuring contest about the who's too tough to evacuate is shut the fuck up or go touch tips in another thread. Holy shit.
Before this one.. Dennis in 2005. Landfall as a Cat 3, around $2 billion in damages and 16 deaths Gustav in 2008. Landfall just under cat 3, like 50 deaths, $8 billion in damages Katrina in 2005. Landfall as a Cat 3, we all know the high number of deaths and costs Ivan in 2004. Landfall as a Cat 3. 50 plus deaths, over $20 billion in damages And that's it that I could find on Wikipedia that hit the panhandle as a 3 or stronger since Lilli back in 95. Maybe they should stop scoffing at strong Cat 2s or 3s in the future. They've also been talking about this storm since like Sunday.
I’ve lived on the Gulf Coast for almost 15 years. If a 2 or 3 is coming and we are in the cone, literally everyone single person I know leaves
No idea how accurate, but from a fishing message board: St George had 10 feet of water on it. Alligator Point got had over 10 feet. 98 is gone near carrabelle
Just saw a screen shot of a Cam in Mexico Beach sister in law beach house is the only one still up in that area and Father in laws is the only boat and boat house sti my father in laws house is right to the left of where this pics end some how it’s still up and not completely under water
There's nothing worse than people not from an area telling people they're idiots for leaving or staying. You can be in the same neighborhood as another person and one might need to leave and the other might not. I grew up next to Perdido Beach and he almost always had to leave and took on water multiple times and we never had to leave. Just use common sense. If you don't have common sense, then leave.
What is the right arrow pointing to? It looks like he’s gonna have flood damage on the first floor, but other than that, lucky.
This is from right behind the pier in Mexico Beach Sister-In-Laws place is the white one on the far left that is still standing
Shit that’s right in the middle of town. Buddy’s office used to be on the top floor right side of the middle portion of the picture
One of those "I'm religious on Sunday" types that I've know forever is down near gold shores with a group from.his churches. Not to help, they went to fish and are posting pics of the waves and shit while they talk about their fishing being delayed.
You hardly ever know wtf you're talking about and people laugh at you for white Knight info. Just thought I'd remind you.
Broke a 100 plus year old streak after entering from the gulf and after the eye has been over land for hours, NBD
