New promo poster according to DarkUFO http://darkufo.blogspot.com/2010/01/lost-season-6-poster-axn.html
I wondered the same thing. I read it was from a webisode or something unofficial like that. Well, maybe unofficial is to strong, but at least non-canon.
Go here, there are 13 of them so make sure you watch them all: http://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=lost+mobisodes&search_type=&aq=f The one they showed is the last one, "So It Begins". There is also one about Walt in there Doesn't show him, but talks about his powers a bit. Called "Room 23". Enjoy
Part two of the long ass interview with Dartlon I posted earlier this week: http://featuresblogs.chicagotribune.com/entertainment_tv/2010/01/lost-damon-lindelof-carlton-cuse-abc.html#more
One week from tomorrow Anyone else watching "The Incident" on TV tomorrow, to get used to the show with commercials and such?
http://www.timeanddate.com/counters/customcounter.html?month=2&day=2&year=2010&hour=20&min=0&sec=0&p0=515 I didn't know "The Incident" was coming in, but I'll probably watch it. Big fan, big fan.
I've thought about doing the same, but then I couldn't come on here during commercials to discuss the episode.
Work tuesday nights can't watch it live but I get to watch it no commercials at like 1am when i get back and that
How does everyone think the first scene is going to be? I think it's something like this: Starts out on Jack's eye. Zooms out and he's sitting on the plane. They hit a little turbulence: Intercom: "Ladies and gentleman, the pilot has switched on the "fasten seatbelt" sign. Please return to your seats and fasten your seatbelts." Jack: [to Rose] It's normal. Rose: Oh, I know. I've just never been a very good flier. My husband keeps reminding me that planes want to be in the air. Jack: Well, he sounds like a very smart man. Rose: Be sure and tell him that when he gets back from the bathroom. [The plane is really shaking now.] Jack: Well, I'll keep you company until he does. Don't worry it's going to be over … Then I think the turbulence will stop, and Bernard will return to his seat. They'll end up landing, and it'll show them and a lot of other original characters walking off the plane. Boom, LOST. Lines are from the first episode, got them from Lostpedia.
I haven't bought into that theory, but it's a likely scenario, IMO. The title of the episode just throws me off of it. It is LOST, after-all.
I've heard a few people think that. One guy (on another website I can't recall) added the following: Jack is shown walking through the airport, by himself. He walks to the baggage claim and stands by the conveyor belt, awaiting his bags. Suddenly, Faraday runs up to him and grabs him. Faraday: Jack! Jack: Do I know you? Faraday: We were wrong, Jack! Jack: What? Who are you? Faraday: They're all dead, Jack. They're all dead. LOST
That would be pretty bad ass as well. Do you think they'll have full memory, some memory, or no memory at all? I think they will have a partial memory, like something is wrong, but they can't put their finger on it. Maybe some people will remember it all/some won't remember anything. I also think that because of what they did, Desmond, Faraday, etc. will have never ended up on the island, but they will show up in the premiere somehow. Idk, maybe they are at the airport, maybe they are in LA, etc.
The first episode is titled Spoiler "L AX". Note the space. Not "LA X", or even "LAX". Of course the airport code for Los Angeles is "LAX" so I think we are led to believe it is about that. But TPTB are crafty, so I don't know if that happens at all. All I say is the episode title. Some people don't want to know anything, so I 'spoilered' it. If tradition holds, we'll see someone preparing food. Desmond in the Swan in S2, Juliet before the book club meeting in S3, Jack making breakfast (orange juice and vodka) in S4 and Dr. Pierre Chang making a baby bottle (for Miles) in S5. S4 was kind of 'off' since it showed that pile of fruit that Hurley crashes into first. Who knows.
FWIW, the title Spoiler isn't "L AX" but "LA X". But I agree the space means something. I think it means they'll land at LAX, but something will be different about it. See link: http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0411008/episodes#season-6 This link has quite a few episode titles already, so if people don't want to know them don't click on it.
Man in Black and Smoke Monster related?? also, anyone's tv feed messing up sound wise? pissing me off
Watching now. I like these pop-up versions. I missed the opening scene with Jacob and MIB. What did I miss in the pop-ups? Also, when they showed the promo for S6 premier, I just a little.
Yea I'm pretty confident in that now. What made it pop into my head was when the MIB came up and was offered food by Jacob and he was all "nah man I just ate" Then when locke(MIB) was talking to ben about being judged by the smoke monster it (through bens dead daughter) told him to obey locke or it would kill him. . .made the whole MIB=Smoke Monster obvious.
shit i completely forgot they were doing this tonight. did anything particularly interesting come up via the "pop-ups"?
I'm interested to see if they show a new trailer for the premiere after this episode in the same way they do after every episode - "next week on Lost..."
All but confirmed the ship at the start is the Black Rock. "Trade ship from the 1800s, this scene took place over 140 years before the crash."
I think that will be a better flashback than Libby's, I can't wait for Lost next week. One of the biggest questions I have is about Sayid. Is he ok?
Holy fuck I forgot how great this shit was. Been tuning it out for a year, feels good to remember why I loved this show to begin with.
