good for him. should have stopped at season 4 IMO. love the first 3 seasons more than any other tv show but 4 was just good, 5 was meh and 6 was bad.
You are dead to me. 3 of your top 4 characters didn't even get on the show until what the season 4 finale / seasons 5-6? that's pathetic. I thought Ben was the best actor and possily character but he wasn't my favorite because like i said I rooted against him for a while

For me: 1. Juliet Smug, smirky, bouncy, hot and played her role to perfection 2. Locke Most complex character 3. Desmond In the end, proved to be the simplest character 4. Ben Second most complex...brilliant acting 5. Hurley Perfectly cast and written for as the funny, ironic mirror of the audience. 6. Jin Could be considered the Asian Desmond. 7. Sayid For that scene where he describes digging up Henry Gale....I literally had chills. . . . . . . . . . . . Second to last. Jack Screws up almost everything he touches Last. Michael Screws up everything he touches
Lindelof even agreed that they allowed Penny and Desmond to "hijack the show" in the middle seasons but said they had no choice because it was the best stuff they were writing and the best performances being given

I thought he was pretty important to the story and Jack's development. Plus he put Jack in his place a few times and the final scene. I didn't think anyone else was worthy of being in the top 10.
Not gonna rank them because it's entirely arbitrary, fluid and no one really reads every list, but I will say there is not enough Hurley love, he was consistently near the top for me. At times, I was a Sawyer guy, at times a Sayid guy. I think I even ventured into a Lapidus guy for a few episodes. But Hugo was always up there.
