It’s almost as if we chased away the defensive coordinator who went on to shut down the chiefs in the Super Bowl idk
He was absolutely horrible. I'm simply saying that somehow the Fins will once again be screwed by the insanely dumb pick compensation rules.
Super dumb for the players to celebrate him going, but I think with Fangio it was just always that he wanted to be in Philly. He was gone regardless
It sucks because we only had like 4 games where we had guys healthy under him, but those 4 games were the only time I've been truly confident in our defense since like the Thomas/Taylor days. It's been mostly mid since then, and it's mid now.
The real issue last year was the offense You’re supposed to have an offensive guru as a HC, and you just paid your franchise QB huge money….but you’re mid to below average in basically every offensive statistic
Explains all the stories on Patrick Paul busting his ass this off-season Dude thinks he’s getting the starting gig
Still gonna need to draft another tackle. If we get a shot at the LSU kid we need to take it, or get one of those interior linemen. I want linemen this draft on boths sides of the damn ball. I want a draft so fucking boring it should make me think Jim Harbaugh is running the fucking team the
McDaniel saying they are proceeding as if TA is not playing this year is pretty telling. Also, does this get rid of his cap hit/dead cap?
The issue is that both of their current tackles don't fit as guards. It doesn't make sense to take a tackle in the first round unless they plan on trading Jackson or Paul
Can you name an NFL team with just two tackle? Do you have any reason to believe at all we should pass on a tackle based on the play of Jackson and Paul because I sure as shit don't think we should pass up a chance to upgrade a top 5 position in football if we have the chance. There isn't a single fucking lineman on this roster other than Armstead that justifies us not drafting a tackle in this upcoming draft if we have the chance.
Paul was not goof last year, and it’s not a stretch to think he’s not cut out to be a regular starter
Just build along the LOS and the secondary is all I ask. We need 2 Gs at minimum, maybe a tackle or a guy who could play both. Plus get me a DT to go with Sieler and we good along the LOS. Also need a starting CB and 2 starting S
I don't disagree, but do you see this org admitting that they missed on Paul after one year? I don't.
They can have him. If it were Nick I'd take him and let him wear a MAGA cape if he wanted, but Joey ain't worth it.
I’m glad we learned no lessons after the Skyler Thompson debacle last season on bringing in a serviceable back up never change Chris Grier
lol we need a guy that can step in and win a game or two if Tua goes out and we go with…. Zach Wilson
This could be/is likely his last year. He doesn’t want to beat up his body and pay cali taxes. He’d rather take the money and play at home than play with his brother.
