None of the parameters are worked out yet. Weight class, rules, nothing. I would almost have to think it'd be kickboxing of some sort. If it's boxing only, Tenshin gets destroyed. If it's kickboxing, it becomes a popcorn worthy fight.
Really don't see the benefit of Rizin giving up their youngest star to be utterly destroyed and humiliated like that. Could feed anyone to Floyd to have that done besides Tenshin.

There might be a fixed fight here and there but most fights are real like Bellator/UFC. I think the days of mass fixed fights are kinda over because most of that was controlled by the Yakuza but the scandal that helped kill off PRIDE was also because the Yakuza so I'd think that RIZIN isn't as affiliated. However, RIZIN will still have tons of freak show fights because those go over much better in Japan than here.
Sakakibara was co-founder and President of PRIDE during the period of it's downfall. He was implicated as the front man with direct ties to the Yakuza. Sakakibara is the CEO of Rizin, so it's definitely not a good look given his history.
