Is it just me or is the broadcast taking forever? I don’t give a fuck about any of these fights aside from the co-main and main event.
They've been slow the past few events. Last week's prelims went about 10 minutes into the main card time, which didn't really matter because the whole thing was on ESPN, but the main card even ran long with 3 first round finishes.
With the cards getting spread thin, you guys would definitely enjoy them more by getting into DraftKings. Can’t imagine being so involved without the chance of a nice payout.
Hate when Rogan gets in a mood of openly cheerleading one fighter. That was extremely one sided, but he couldn't help himself but to keep talking about Spencer this and Spencer that.
They literally made a division for Cyborg and she can't even put away some tubby scrub without gassing
Wasn't that. "Cyborg looks tired. Cyborg is breathing out of her mouth. Cyborg with the deep breath. Cyborg didn't like that kick. These rounds are going to be interesting to judge. Spencer is pouring it on in the clinch." Spencer was a human punching bag who got TD after TD stuffed.
It was like the Tonya Evinger fight. Hats off to Spencer for the will to keep moving forward. She busted Cyborg open & was game. Spencer just ran out of gas half way through the fight and Cyborg rolled from there.
I felt like Max never put the pedal to the floor. He knew he could do what he was doing and win easily. And he’s only 27. 27. He’s incredible.
Missed this. What led up to this? Masvidal was clamoring for McGregor, so I'm sure he'll be quite pissed about this unless he gets an immediate title shot.
Probably so, but his respect for Edgar certainly had something to do with it. Max usually toys with his opponent at some point and that usually leads to a heated exchange.
I’m sure respect big and he knew he didn’t need to murder the guy. Just felt like at any moment he could’ve ended it brutally and never did
Where are you seeing this? At this point I think Dana would do anything to get McGregor back in the octagon. They need him badly.
Idk if they need him. I’m sure Dana would be happy if he took an intriguing fight, but the UFC isn’t closing down anytime soon.
they don’t “need” him but you bet your sweet ass dana wants him bringing eyes to espn+ ppv model i’d be shocked if yesterday cracks 100k
They arent closing but they have a severe lack of stars right now. Without looking them up I'm going to assume their PPV numbers are terrible right now. Bones is the only guy that non-MMA fans have heard of. There's no Lesnar, Rousey, Silva, etc that makes non-MMA run tune it. So they have 1 or 2 big fights a year.
Yikes. Search by 2019. https://www.tapology.com/search/mma-event-figures/ppv-pay-per-view-buys-buyrate
