Covington's standup is also shit, but he was also a solid collegiate wrestler. He could defend the takedown, and get out of the clinch. Usman stands and bangs in this one, he's getting the three piece and the drink.

I was not bored by that fight. Yeah, they did not play rock em sock em robots but those clinch body punches were fucking brutal. Good fight for Usman.
Jorge said he'd go win a couple fights then wanted a run back. Not crazy to think he could earn another title shot with a couple wins.

If Usman wants a Masvidal pay day he’ll run it back. This card will do massive numbers, in large part due to Masvidal.

Didn't think Usman was particularly boring compared to some of the other wrestlers we've seen lately. He was throwing bombs to the ribs in the clinch.

Nate Diaz, Justin Gaethje, Conor, and Masvidal in any combination and I will watch that PPV at any cost. The BMF title bout is still one of the best I've ever seen. For anyone that hasn't:
As a very casual UFC fan, I imagine watching that fight for most people is similar to casual football fans watching Wisconsin’s offense. I’m sure technical aspects of it are great to the religious fans. The majority of people don’t care to watch that though. Leave Usman off main events.
They should just have a BMF belt and only book entertaining fighters and make that the biggest purse fight they can get
