I almost forgot....
THis is one of the WOAT heavyweight fights i've ever seen.
Greene is a garbage can
Only thing I remember that was worse was when they had a heavyweight only card in Denver. It was awful lol
Lewis vs Ngannou was worse also
My thought process in taking green was if he can survive a first round onslaught he shoudl be able to get a take down and submit him. Lol yikes
Green never seems to have any sense of urgency. I don't think he actually likes fighting much
Cowboy Cerrone retire
That was sad
Cowboy needs to eat more than just P3
That Merono guy is not good... and he overpowered Cerrone easily
Cerrone needs to be put out to pasture
He’s on the chuck liddel CTE retirement plan
It is too bad he couldn't fight Sanchez
They are both elderly
Cowboy is headed for the BJ Penn route
Bare knuckle fights by 2022
Just want to say I love Bruce and Herb
Rodriguez is whooping that ass
At least we are done watching Waterson headline a card
Dominic carrying the UFC water
"So hard to judge a fight like this"as Waterson gets obliterated most of the fight
Cruz sucks in the booth imo
How did I not know about this?
This is actually incredible
For stretch it felt like he was on every card. I looked and in 2014/2015 he fought 10 times in those two years. That might be the most impressive mma stat of all time. I could be way off here, but Anyone else fought 10 times in 2 years? Holland might’ve been on that track after his 2020.
And Magny has already fought twice this year.
And he's only 33 lol. I figured he was like 38.
Which immediately makes me think about how Aldo is 34 and Holloway is 29. I feel like Max was fighting during my childhood he's been in the game so long.
Poor Islam can't get anyone in the top 10 to fight him and now has to fight another unranked dude.
what do they do about islam? obviously no one wants to fight him.
uhh yea he's terrifying.
Let him jump the line unless one of the pussies steps in and says they will fight him
i agree with that but are those top fighters going to risk that? their excuse will be he doesn’t deserve to fight me
He’s now a top 10 fighter. If no one agrees to fight him then fuck them.
how is it fair to Islam he can’t get a big fight or move towards a title shot because everyone is a scared bitch?
Yea Dana is just going to have to force it.
i am in complete agreement with you. he deserves those big fights, fighters are becoming so picky though now it is weird
It’s becoming boxing. Dana gonna have to cut this shit off.
if they paid people more they’d fight every chance they got regardless of opponent
Bc why would anyone our age care?
Isn't most of his division tied up in a fight right now? Seems like the best option may be to see how some of these upcoming fights play out.
He was turned down by Ferguson, RDA, Felder, and Hooker.
UFC need to bring back tournaments, even if they aren’t one night things like the old grand prix’s. Make some non-title fights feel important
Tony fights this weekend I believe
Super intrigued by the El Cucuy/Dariush fight.
Islam called him out after his last fight before Tony got scheduled.
I think a talented fighter spending some time on the ascension is invaluable. It’s a fine line between biting off more than you can chew and winning “easy” fights. I think Islam/Moises will be fun. The longer the win streak for Islam before he gets a shot vs a top guy, the bigger that fight becomes.
Conversely there isn’t really much benefit for a vet taking a bad matchup as a co main at best to be the spring board for the next Khabib.
Just playing some devils advocate.
Tony needs a W bad.
And watching the Oliveira fight again. Just completely outclassed on the ground. He had some excuse about not training BJJ but
would love that. i am sure most fans would agree as well
scared he is washed
really hoping he pulls out a dominant win saturday but i wouldn’t bet on it
