I caught the beginning of it and thought it was pretty interesting. Novel idea and they actually have relevant artists.
wife was watching it so I checked it out. Pretty cool actually. Only thought is that it would make more sense musically if they had composers/producers/writers instead of just artists as the judges or leaders or whatever they're called. No doubt all of the judges actually have talent but they're not known for developing the talent of others. Of course I get why they needed star power
