Maybe if you’re willing to take the annuity. Also have to pray you win it alone and done have to split it.
I have a better idea. I'm going to build a mansion with a cave underneath and then a company to make me cool gadgets and I'm going to fight crime in a costume at night.
That’s an oversight on my part. Maybe they could find a hit man on credit? I’d imagine the interest rate would be outrageous, but I still think the return would be worth it.
I’m a little concerned the jackpot hasn’t increased any since Friday. Going to feel like they cheated me out of some money when I win tonight.
So I used to be pretty good friends with a fellow tmb user. On Friday they texted me someone from Vermont won. So naturally being the trusting guy I am I didn't worry about buying more tickets until yesterday when I noticed whilst buying beer it was still over a billion. You really hate to see a lifelong friendship end over money just so they have a better chance of winning if I don't buy more tickets. I'm not going to out the user bc I hope we can eventually repair our tattered relationship, but let's just say there is a reason some people aren't trustworthy to be mods on here
This was not slaw on slaw crime. Plus he has so much Wal-Mart money the lottery is a waste of his time
Bought a ticket at lunch, already printed off my retirement papers and filled out the appropriate information. Spent all aftenoon looking at Islands for sale.
Not confirmed by the lotto yet though. I've seen where 8 tickets were sold in CA that matched 5 numbers. Would be crazy if it was only one winning ticket.
End it now? I’d be more like “hey boo, so what you been up to? I’ve been thinking about us a lot lately”
I’m just glad it’s over. I started a new job in August when the jackpot started ramping up and the dude in the cube next to me is “hard sell to put your weekly $10 in the team lottery pool” guy. I’ll buy my own ticket for bigger jackpots, but I’m not trying to waste $10 a week out of camaraderie. I want my $100 back, John. If you hustled this much at your real job then maybe you wouldn’t be two steps behind and relying on lottery winnings to dig out of the hole.
