so far i think this season has been super slow but with how ep 4 ends I'm hoping that it forces it to pick up
Well as a book fag, looks like I am now a show fag as we've progressed way beyond in some storylines.
We're four episodes in, and the show has already separated itself as a completely different entity than the books. Both the character arcs and timeline are way off the reservation. It's easier for me to enjoy both the books and the show when they embrace the differences so fully. However, it does suck when the show chooses to completely ignore some major characters, since it spoils their storyline has nothing to do with the eventual ending of the series.
