Give Nunn’s minutes to DJJ and Solo. Nunn has been battling on D but he just falls asleep. At least DJJ will play the passing lanes and Solo is a big body. And I’ll take DJJs 2-5 on wide open 3s vs whatever the fuck Nunn gives you. And I’d seriously consider starting Kelly over Crowder at this point. He’s been competent defensively and has battled on the glass. And for whatever reason he can’t get it going in these short stints off the bench. Maybe he presses when his minutes are in flux and it throws his rhythm off because he’s been a totally player different in the games he hasn’t had to worry about getting yanked in. Love what Jae brings, but JA3 ain’t coming back at this point.

I made peace with the fact that we had an incredible run with jimmy, bam, a 20 year old rookie and a kid who played D3 basketball We ran into a team with 2 of the top 5 players in b-ball and gave them a helluva fight this was a helluva year and spo did a phenomenal job getting this squad nobody thought would go anywhere all the way to the finals
Yeah. I'd have liked to have had Dragic for the series but the chance we were ever going to beat a locked in AD/Lebron team was basically nil.
This team had a punchers chance to do it IF some of the roll players went off. Instead Dragic and Bam got hurt so instead of Herro and Duncan being the 4th and 5th guys on the court you have to keep an eye on, they became 2nd and 3rd. Too much to overcome. But the goal for the season was acomplished.
The delusional homer in me feels like if Giannis gave the bucks a 1 team list, you could get him for Nunn, picks, and filler, but I know that's delusional thinking.
He won't get you Giannis but I think most NBA GMs would look at the body of his work over the course of the season than just his play in the bubble.
