Penn State plays 3 top 10 preseason teams on the road. They *should* win the other games on the schedule but don't you worry that you are leaving yourselves without much margin for error there especially with a new QB that nobody knows anything about.
Am I crazy for really liking Bama over 10? Am I being a homer in thinking that? I could see Bama losing to UF, USCe, Arky, or LSU, but not 3 out of the 4. I think at worst you're looking at a push at 10 wins.
I tend to lean towards being conservative on these, but I think I agree. I have a tough time seeing Bama losing more than 2 games out of those four (and throw PSU in there just to be VERY conservative). The only real scenario I see where Bama loses more than two is to lose to Arky or USCe and LSU on the road and Florida or Auburn at home.
Same here. I think they'll win 11, but I can see 10. 9 is just hard to see in looking at the schedule. Always have to check my homerism and get other thoughts, though.
Got 3 grand on Ohio State over 10.5 $320 to win $200 on LSU over 7.5 $500 Pitt over 8 Just not worrying about spreads on OSU this year. There really are 3 questionable OSU games. We're beating Miami and Penn State and then win 1 of 2 vs Iowa and Wisconsin. It's gonna be 11-1 or 12-0 unless major injuries. 3-0-2 on OSU overs last 5 years.
So my genius ass has Pitt over 8 wins but am betting Miami crucially hard tmrw. Doesn't make much sense.
Ohio State/Michigan huge game for me. Can't see us losing but who knows. Big bet for me. Pitt is probably a L. LSU and UNC under in the bag. Love these season bets.
