What are you doing today
Eating lunch, riding that Ferris wheel thing and hanging by the pool. Is there anything else I should do before our flight tonight
I’m at guys again
I finished +$15 gambling he he
Would it even be a Vegas trip if you don’t fly home loaded on coors light aluminum bottles
What’s the best site to get good deals in Vegas?
Tix4tonight(or directly from the casino if you're staying there) for shows.
Join the players club(ie mlife.com) and get better rates that way.
just booked my bachelor party in october, staying at MGM grand
Doing Vegas next weekend with my wife. Any good recommendations for some first timers? We enjoy eating and experiencing the city.
Looking to do the Absinthe show. Anybody done that before?
Absinthe is a must. Foundation room (get the crab cakes) for drinks and the best view in Vegas. Julian serrano for tapas. Mesa grill is great. Tacos el gordo is a must. There's an in n out on the strip now. Secret pizza. Steakhouse at the Wynn has my interest. Do mystere if you've never done a cirque show. Learn to play craps.
My wife and I did dinner at Picasso at Bellagio (outdoors overlooking the fountain) for our anniversary. I would recommend that.
Where are you staying
We are staying at the Hilton Grand Vacation
Going to Vegas w/ wife (she’s been 3x, me 12+), never been together.
Staying at Mirage. Only thing on the docket so far is Absinthe Sunday night. Certainly will enjoy the pool and at least one nice dinner.
Anyone done the Neon Museum before?
Had casino night at my job tonight. At the end of the night, there was an auction. Yeti coolers, sound bar, mini speakers, Amazon gift cards etc
Started with $50k. Ended with $200k. Hit 3 yo elevens. Got a Bose speaker.
Just got back from 5 days. Station Casinos is putting close to a billion dollars into the Palms. Going to have all new restaurants including a Bobby Flay and Vandal from the Beauty and Essex guy. Apparently the plans for the pool are awesome as well. It’s been completely ripped out. Will be interesting to see if it can make a comeback to how popular it was 10 years ago.
I’m a big fan of Station Casinos
Heading out on Sunday for 3 comped nights at the Bellagio. I'll do one night at Park MGM (old Monte Carlo) since I'm in Vegas for 4 nights and bellagio was too expensive to add a night.
Making a point to try new restaurants.
Beauty and Essex, SW Steak, Bazaar Meats, picasso, and Bavette are on the list. Need a legit Italian spot with a good lobster/scallops dish.
Headed to Vegas in the morning.
Pm me with any questions or concerns
Who has the coldest Coors light
Giada's was really good and comes highly recommended for Italian if you haven't already been there
Fucking love this city even though it makes me feel poor
Just go hang out at the slots for a little and you’ll feel better about yourself
All of those are awesome. At Bavette’s don’t let them put you at a table with bench seating against the wall. At Picasso try to get a patio table. The Picasso patio is a top dining experience. Offer up a nice “tip” to the Maitre d’ if you have to. I would recommend Aria Carbone for Italian, but I never saw lobster being prepped with scallops in their kitchen so I don’t think they have the combo that you seek. If you do dine at Carbone be sure to get the Rigatoni Vodka. Lago at Bellagio has a Risotto with lobster, scallops, shrimp and clams.
Hash house and Secret Pizza have claimed another victim.
Last night in Vegas where should I get dinner?
Batali's 3 restaurants on the strip closing.
Obviously depends on your mood, where you've already eaten, and who you're with. I'll give you a couple places if you want more of an experience. http://pieroscuisine.com/ - if you want more original Vegas feel. Hugo's cellar in 4 queens old vegas if you want to combine a walk down freemont with dinner. I ate at both in the last few days and was not disappointed.
i hear theres a Nobu
not surprising since his allegations came out
All good suggestions. Keep them coming. I'm not even sure right now what type of cuisine we would want. I know that doesnt help but I'm checking out menus of all suggestions.
Sinatras, Picasso, Julian serrano (pinxto de chorizo and paella), tacos El gordo, Lago, and Mesa grill.
Bardot Brasserie at Aria.
Sands Corp dumped them as opposed to Batali’s deciding to close. All of Batali’s places were at Venetian/Palazzo. And, yes, it’s because of the sexual harassment issues.
I ate at Cut, Craftsteak, and Morimoto's this week too. All good but nothing blew me away. L'atelier was my favorite meal of the trip.
Eating at the counter at L’Atelier is probably my favorite dining experience
Anyone know anything about the Summer Splash events? I’ve got a buddy who wants to go out there in July for his birthday and trying to decide whether I want to do that or stay somewhere else and join the parties
Not a fan of Monte Carlo. Oh well. Just a few more hours until bellagio.
Didn't make it to Punk Rock Bowling for the first time in 5 years :/
This weather though. It's perfect. Headed to Julian serrano in a few to get my pinxto de chorizo.
Hi yes my ex gf is here. What are the odds. Oh lawd.
We were about to leave anyway. Threesome would equal her killing me, wife, and herself. She cray
Man. That was wild. We left the pool,
Monte Carlo/Park MGM just comped my room last night, so this entire trip is free.
I should have my status back by this afternoon. Feelsgoodman.
