Diversion dam broke in Ord. Diversion Dam either broke or in the midst of it in Burwell. The North Loup is in trouble. They've evacuated everyone along the river. My friends house is 1 of them. Shit is horrible.

Yeah it’s been cold as shit with lots of snow and ice up until a day or two ago so not much melting until rain melted all the snow. Ice jams clog and frozen ground means nothing is soaking in.
