Happy St. Patrick’s Day to our Irish posters. Spring football has started, so it’s time to start a game thread. #Notre Dame Fighting Irish #Ohio State Buckeyes
Spring Two Deep (New Starters) QB (Kyle McCord or Devin Brown) RB Miyan Williams or TreVeyon Henderson WR Marvin Harrison Jr. WR Emeka Egbuka WR Julian Fleming TE Cade Stover LT (Josh Fryar) LG Donovan Jackson C (Vic Cutler or Carson Hinzman) RG Matt Jones RT (Zen Michalski or Tegra Tshabola) Josh Fryar will be one of the new OL starters. No one has any clue on the other two. Cutler is a Louisiana Monroe transfer. We will take a transfer RT if one is available. Other than QB, it’s our weak spot with all other skill players returning. DE JT Tuimoloau DT Ty Hamilton DT (Mike Hall) DE (Jack Sawyer) LB Tommy Eichenberg LB Steele Chambers CB Denzel Burke S Lathan Ransom S (Sonny Styles) S (Ja’Had Carter or Kye Stokes) CB (Davison Igbinosun, Jyaire Brown or Jordan Hancock) The new guys on the DL have played a lot. Our secondary remains a liability. Carter (Syracuse) and Igbinosun (Mississippi) are transfers.
Do you guys think we'd be this insecure if Tommy Rees spent this offseason lamenting his decision to attend Notre Dame and publicly stating how much better Alabama is as an institution?
Marcus Freeman’s wife is exactly what you would expect a new money rich women from Massillon to look like
it's funny because it's true. it's 27 degrees and snowing and i wore shorts to breakfast like the good lord intended.
I like most of the ND bois and admire their hatred for Michigan but I don't expect this game to be particularly close. Glad we're not playing week one again though.
It's my way of being sincere. Maybe it's because I'm drunk or because you guys haven't beat us in so long but I don't think you guys can keep up with us if we play anything above a C game. Maybe I'll be wrong and you guys can rub these poasts in my face just those are my drunken thoughts in March.
exactly what I meant You are right, notre dame will get rolled just like last year when notre dame played a d minus game
Please elaborate on how you got to that grade. Please specifically address how holding us to 21 points, our lowest of the total of the season, factors into that grade. Thank you.
My grading system is as complex as Bankz for the nfl, all you need to know is that I am right and you are wrong until my grading system changes to fit whatever argument I will be trying to make.
I have to see the shape of the OL before I get too confident. I think the DBs and QB play will be fine, but the OL has serious holes until we see how the new guys play.
Our D should be about equivalent to last year, DL a little less disruptive, the LB's should be more athletic but may be less disciplined, the CB's might be the best unit on the team and the safeties are talented but raw. Our O should be significantly better everywhere but TE. Should be fun.
that is really mean, but It’s a better version of ´I just hope the stadium blows up when they are playing’
I have never been able to envision a game where Ohio State doesn't win by a thousand. I'm not starting now.
Hi guys! Like all Michigan posters, I you all and hope you both lose every game except this one, which ends in a 0-0 tie.
We thought we had a decent defense last year, until we found out that was just the result of playing against a bunch of terrible offenses. We got exposed as frauds on D in our last two games. We have a DL that can be elite. LB are good. Secondary is presumed a liability until they prove otherwise. In the last six seasons, we have had mediocre to bad defenses in all but 2019.
