Their federation is a lot smarter and more organized than most african federations

 

Their talent in Europe doesn’t just play a part, it plays the biggest part. They are definitely elite at recruiting their diaspora and I agree that they are smarter and more organized than most other African federations.

Though I’d go with Senegal as the leader in African development in recent years.
