yes I'm very aware I'm just asking where you guys are seeing it specific to Orlando since Orlando seems to be leading a pack and just adding a comment about my area while I keep my family locked inside.
Better than OH. My gf had to go back to work in like May. Idiot 20 somethings who party. Seriously the bars downtown were a mess and the owners are generally all shitty people who don't care.
It’s getting pretty wild. Worrell is making a late surge. One thing that I laugh at is the candidates saying that they’re going to stop prosecuting cannabis possession and drug paraphernalia cases. The office already doesn’t prosecute those.
I just started seeing the political ads for the race. I live in Seminole County so I don’t vote in that race. Whoever is elected will be an upgrade over the current one.
Seminole county is always going to be a dark red stronghold. Even the Democrats are basically right wing old school republicans Prime example (Stephanie Murphy). These rich fucks will die before they lose that tax cut
I need to go from Orlando (MCO) to the Daytona area. Enterprise appears to be roughly the same price as Uber, but I imagine I will get a bunch of cancelled Ubers due to the distance. Any suggestions for car services?
You may as well rent if you're going to be driving the entire time. It will save you time and a lot of trouble.
friend told me CVS on I-drive has leftover/extra shots almost every day you can call them and go on their wait list
Sam's club in lake Nona worked for me. Get there at 3:30 and they start giving leftovers at 4:30. Even if you don't get it you may get an appointment for the following day where they will give you the shot
I'm old so I was able to get an appointment for April 1st on the convention centre scheduling website yesterday. I couldn't get one initially so had to wait for them to open up more but after waiting about 15 minutes I was able to get that one. Will be interesting to see if they use all their appointments now that they lowered the age
Soccer tournament next month in Orlando, thinking it was at Wide World started looking at rental houses in reunion area thinking the kids would love the pool/game room and sharing a house with their teammates. It’s in fucking Clermont. Talk about a let down.
If talking about Encore those houses are cool as hell btw. Been staying with family there during the pandemic a couple of times (since there isn't room in our house and we weren't going to a hotel). Also have their own water park.
First time I stayed in one it was comped through a family member working with them... 5 of us staying in a 14 bedroom house. Whats funny is that the entire house is basically bedrooms so its not even that much square footage. But same - full theater room, game room. What's crazy is that their website (last time I checked) doesn't let you look at each house which is a shame because if you drive around the neighborhood you can see houses have really different features and themes to them. One house I drove by their garage was like a freaking Dave and Busters inside. Another I saw had a full workout gym with a bike rack. Some houses have upgraded pool amenities. Some have kids/disney themed bedrooms - last house I stayed in had an Avengers room. Some of those homes are owned vacation homes but for the rentals it would be cool to choose by which specific house you want.
Depends on what you are looking for. Unless its covid then its literally everywhere so good luck. Most of it is downtown and surrounding neighborhoods. Beer - Go to Redlight Redlight in Audobon Park. One of the earliest and best craft beer bars in the country. Wine - Imperial in Ivanhoe. Cool little spot thats also an antique store. Cocktails - Courtesy on Orange downtown. Or Tori Tori on Mills. Its a Japanese Pub.
