I think she may need an increase in health and a decrease in shield to be less situational. Or just extreme heal focus when she's on attack. Her ult is amazing. A soldier and dva turn into melt machines when it's live

Since I'm now a roadhog main, I'll have to say that whole hogging a mercy in the face when she's hiding around a corner right before time expires is up there as well
so uhh i had so many custom controls set for so long that they were all set to exponential ramp. gonna try dual zone for a while.
I use exponential ramp for most heroes. Dual zone lets you turn fast but slows down when you're tracking a target. Exponential also starts slower and then speeds up as you turn, but it's less sluggish. I've always used high sensitivity in fps games, so dual zone was hard for me to get used to (kind of a mix between high sens turning and low sens aiming). Some characters where "flick shots" are used would be better with exponential (roadhog, genji, Ana), and tracking characters like zarya, tracer, etc are better with dual zone imo
Bought this game over the weekend. Still figuring out a lot of shit but I love it. Perfect game for me as I don't have hours and hours to sink into video games anymore. Love that I can pick it up and have fun for a half hour at a time. Feel like I'm mostly sticking with basic characters like Soldier 76, Pharah, Reinhardt until I have a better feel for the maps. Love to be Reinhardt on a payload map and just bulldoze ahead with my team behind my shield.
Loving this game, been playing for an hour or two every night. It's tough because the game is a year old now so there aren't many like-leveled players for me to match up with. I'm level 14 and routinely in rooms with level 80+. For now, I'm finally getting a better handle on how maps are laid out and learning how to flank instead of run up the center every time. Still feel like I'm wasting my ultimates 80% of the time though.

Is playing with Torbjorn considered cheap? He's been by far my best character but it feels a little like cheating. Been using Soldier 76, Pharah and Sombra on Offense. Bastion, Torbjorn and Widowmaker on Defense Osira, Reinhardt and Roadhog as Tanks Lucio and Mercy as Healers. I'm pretty much useless with everyone else. I want so bad to be good with Hanzo but I'm terrible with him.
Once you get to higher level of play, and people know how to deal with Torb, he becomes nearly worthless in most situations. Not considered cheap really, but also not considered to be that good.
Joined up with a group of strangers yesterday and were wrecking shit in quickplay. Won the first payload match in about 5 minutes and all quickly opted to stay as a team, then ran through about 5 or 6 games together, blowing out the other team every time. Everyone was between level 15-30 too, so its not like we had any ringers that were dragging the rest of us along. All without voice chat. Almost felt sad when I left them to turn on the national championship.
My experience leveling one so far indicates theyre everywhere. Except for one match where i got paired up with some guys who tried to start anubis by defending between A and B, it has been nothing but smurfs v smurfs with the winner usually having the most.
