Everyone realizes that the pictures inside the O to start an episode are in the shape of Z A R and K right?
I'm not as down on this show as most of you, but one thing I haven't seen mentioned that does bother me - how does Darlene just have an open door policy on her house? she's running a heroin operation and people can just drive up and let themselves in? Frank Sr. came in screaming like a maniac and nobody even noticed.
the mark of a good villain Javi is a great mix of a reckless bad guy you need to fear but smarter than he lets on these cartel guys just don’t GTFO about who or when they kill people
Plus Frank Sr knows she’s crazy enough to blow his sons dick off and he barges in without a gun in his hand and by himself demanding she pay up thinking she was just going to hand it over? what kinda clown show is the KC mob
the kc mob got reckless after winning the bbq war against the southern states and they let their guard down is the subtext I got from the show
I legitimately feel hate for Javi when watching this show, much like I did for the bad guy in The Patriot so in that aspect I think he’s a good villain
He's annoying Cartoonishly so And maybe he's smart, but it would be wise to wait and see how things play out with his uncle and the feds before declaring his more brash approach to be any kind of clever.
I feel zero hate for him in the traditional villain sense. Just constantly roll my eyes when he talks or does anything, so I only hate him in that way
I’m ready for this PI to make his move as well, looks like it’ll be with the FBI Just felt like the “oh hey sorry to bother you just need a signature” stuff wouldn’t have lasted all 7 episodes
I was down with her for the first 3 seasons but now just her voice make me want to push that trailer into the lake and wipe her family off the map.
You guys are going to be way ahead of me but I just caught up to season 4 and watched episode 1 tonight and I can't stand Jonah.
Episode 4 i thought it was a little much this sheriff launched an investigation just because 1 dude overdosed and went to the hospital. Unless I’m missing something
Completely agree. Seemed like lazy writing. They could have easily thrown in a scene where someone tipped off the sheriff about "shady business and drugs" at the Missouri Belle. Would have made much more sense when the sheriff decided to go in on Marty and Wendy. I'm venturing to guess there is a ton of drug usage at casinos. How in the world would the owners be responsible for that? lol.
she was suspicious of Marty after finding him at Helen's house with cleaning supplies. plus didn't she talk to the PI about the Byrds? the drug thing was just an excuse to take a closer look at them.
Started it up on Sunday and finished s1 so far. Have been waiting to start this until the series was completely done. Any idea when part 2 will be released. Have a feeling this is going to be a wild ride. Seems like this show gets mentioned a lot more irl than on this board. Surprised this thread is so short
No date yet but should be "soon".... depending on how quickly you binge but I doubt you'll have to wait long by the time you get caught up. Enjoy!
meanwhile the real sheriff is “missing” and all they’ve seemingly done is put up a few billboards. No sense in trying to rationalize the details at this point.
Bb spoiler (although it’s been 12 years I’m sure everyone has seen by now) And Wendy watching Darlene have a heart attack was like Walter/jesse’s GF
The actress that plays Ruth is in another Netflix show, inventing Anna. Haven’t seen it so no idea if it’s good
Just got through ep 7 and thought it was the finale was very very confused how they ended it, glad that’s not a thing
