my youngest is named after my favorite Shakespearean female character. She (like the character) also happens to be the youngest daughter of three so it worked out. My 16 year old has a very hippie sounding name but it came with a lot of thought. Her middle name comes from a native word that translates to shining waters. Her first name comes from the Hawaiian word for heavenly flowers. I could go on with the other 3 but needless to say I gave thought to all of their names. Only one which is boring is Ocean jr.
Could def see why a father of daughters would enjoy that story. And it’s also a cool name choice. Guessing even the shortened version/nickname is pretty unique. Hopefully you get on with their significant others better than your literary counterpart! Lol
It is my mom thought I named her after the Buffy character. lol. Her middle name is good Irish name. I’m big believer that names/words matter so I took my time. Like you said take the time and research and name them something cool. My 16 year old gets a kick when she tells people her middle name. Another hint she is named after the greatest women’s downhill skier (US) of all time.
a town in Idaho translates to “shining waters”. The whole name flows beautifully imo and is all “related”. I wanted to name her Pekabo Rain my wife nixed that but we came to a good compromise.

I'm probably remembering this wrong, but I was watching this outdoor hunting and fishing show years ago. The guide of the day had two kids. Hunter and Fisher Hunter liked to fish and Fisher preferred hunting. Maybe I made that up.
