Day 7 of 30: Complete - 45 minute Robin OutKast-themed ride. Pretty proud of myself for a 634 output on my seventh day of riding in a row.
20 minute Robin "Climb" ride. 153 new PR.
Edit - Robin is THE BEST. All my previous comments about music/general attitude, she fucking gets it.
I think my wife and I would both leave each other for Robin.
day 8 of 30 - 30 minute sweat ride with Jess. PR'd a 30 minute ride at 307 despite the worst fucking playlist in ever
I love Jess, but some of her playlists are really bad.
really enjoyed trying to keep an 85 cadence and 60 resistance during a 35 bpm beach boys song
Day 7. Hungover 30 min restorative yoga.
Day 8. 45 min 80s rock ride with Emma. 10 min cool down with Leanne. 30 min dumbbell workout 10 of those with Leanne and 5 min stretch with HMC.
Have to run some errands. Will probably bike to add some miles.
Is Leanne the Brit?
Not sure she could be motivating enough for me.
It was a cool down ride with a Motown playlist. It was fine.

Day 8 of 30: Complete - 45 minute metrics ride because I wanted to watch The Office reruns.
30 Min climb ride with Jennifer Jacobs. PR'd at 207kj and also did my longest distance of 8.52m. Looking at my graph I think I have an extra 20kj in me if I focus on doing better during the middle of the ride.
Too focused on JJ’s hard nips, IMO.
I have to sit out today but should be ok tomorrow. Most likely will do a 30 minute ride Wednesday then get back into the challenge.

Day 10: 34 mile outdoor ride. 20 min yoga and two 5 min stretches.
I’ve surpassed 1100 miles this year.
How do you like the outdoor rides? Is there pretty good variety?
I mean literally outdoors not one of the scenic rides. But, I am not a huge fan of the peloton scenic rides. I only do those when I want to watch a something on tv. That way I can ride and and not worry about instruction.
Have we ever figured out how they film them? Is it drone?

I figured as much, but is there a person on a tandem bike behind it to control it? People always stare it when it goes by so it must be some elaborate rig.

Day 12 of 30: unless I get a wild hair tonight it ain’t happening. Was up til 3am working and today was rough.
I’m struggling today too, but am going to try to get at least 30 minutes in.
Did a 20 min run/walk and some yoga. After 110 miles cycling and 5 miles running my legs are dead.
Apparently your legs are too tired to even quote posts correctly.
