Day 23: 9 mile outdoor ride and 20 min yoga. Day 24: 6 mile run and two 5 min post run stretches. Hoping to do a 30+ outdoor ride tomorrow but today is the first day I am feel happy in a while. My Ma has been sick but that looks like it’s getting better. A love one of mine tried to take their life and got put on a 5150 hold but they are home and look to be doing better. So I am grilling and drinking to celebrate life. IF I am not hungover tomorrow I’ll ride if not oh well 24 days is good.
