damnit just saw this. Welp, wasted ten minutes making mine.
I have no words
Thank you all for liking it I guess
it was the perfect storm of something absurd involving a wild animal happening right when people finally stopped thinking likes were gay (you'll remember we feared the change as is our nature)
i never thought likes were gay, better than a bunch of quotes about it
yeah all of the really good pre-like threads were like 50% posts
true. there was a lot of distaste for the like at first though iirc
yea its real annoying when people quote stuff and dont even add to the discussion
1 like for you, good sir. Great minds think alike.
I like likes because in a long thread I just control + f for "others" and it gives me only 5+ like posts
like given for this smart idea. I've been wanting a way to just find the good posts in long threads that I didn't participate in.
I'm gonna change my fan of section to just say "others" and I suggest everyone else do the same.
adding a wayne kerr style sig to all my posts
TMB prefers its animals to accessorize if NWestGator's Owl was wearing a spectacle it would still be #1
Wish I was clever enough to contribute something to this masterpiece of a thread.
Just gave a shitload of likes instead.
You can't just sit there idly and watch greatness pass you by
likes were never gay
30 posts per page of just the laughing smileys were gay
Not the funniest in this thread, but this is awesome .
Someone should work up something referencing Denzel's fur coat in American Gangster that he burns
need the "???"
How has no one in 9+ pages suggested TMB PURCHASING one of these fucking monkeys?
States with No Laws on Monkey Ownership
Some states have no statutes, laws or ordinances regarding owning monkeys as pets. They include Alabama, Arkansas, Hawaii, Indiana, Kansas, Maine, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, North Carolina, Ohio, South Carolina, Virginia, West Virginia and Wisconsin. Idaho has no laws on monkey ownership -- except for one that requires the owner to show proof that the primate was purchased legally.
States that Require a Permit for Monkey Ownership
Some states will allow the ownership of a monkey with the purchase of a permit. To obtain a permit, the owner will typically be required to show proof of legal ownership, that there is the proper space and facilities available for the monkey and that the monkey is in good health. These states include Arizona, Delaware, Illinois, Michigan, Mississippi, Montana, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Oregon, Rhode Island and South Dakota.
I got a fenced in backyard.... just sayin
didnt make it past the first page, it feels like 2010 in here and man it feels good. great posting
What would be the #1 most liked post on Rivals?
Just made this one of those posts.
The first gif ever on the Internet re-posted in a "You Laugh You Lose" thread.
The two Americas.
I chuckled, then I realized it said "Jimmy" rather than "Jimmies."
This and the "hello, yes this is dog" memes I will never understand how people thought were so goddamn funny
Some of the this is dog memes were funny.
I'm not sure that the owl got so many likes for humor, but sheer awesomeness of having an owl in your house. It was pretty awesome, and well-chronicled.
Think the owl got so much because it was original and exclusive to TMB and the pictures/video were taken by a TMBer.
Kind of like Shocker's spider. Had some guy on Reddit been doing a chronicle of a spider at his work, nobody here would have given a shit.
