Has S&S done an ep on the Toybox Killer? I'm assuming he has, because it's pretty gruesome and relatively high profile. I listened to the Timesuck on it, and I'm just wondering what that episode was like with Mike narrating. I couldn't deal with it.
I don't think he has. From what I can tell, to his credit, he tends to avoid cases/stories that are higher-profile and covered on others shows. Going to check out that Timesuck episode now and maybe some of the others, it seems interesting.
Listened to a couple episodes and not loving the format. I’m continuing to listen because the subject matter is interesting but it’s a poorly formatted and told podcast imo.
Main show, sure. But, that was just a different version of his Donny Gary character from the last CBB Live Tour.
There were 2 Portland shows that was the first one and I went to the 2nd. I got to see Tim Baltz though and him along with Scott being exhausted so he was delirious made it great.
I do. I think more than any other show, it really needs a game guest to work. If it's just Zach and Jess doing the lion's share of the work, it can feel repetitive. Agree that the anniversary show was great, for just that reason.
Listening to Hollywood Handbook’s ComicCon Show. They are in the studio playing audio of their show from ComicCon that INSANELY bombed and they’re analyzing it like they killed. It is hilarious. “Now this deafening silence you’re hearing after that punchline is because of they were paralyzed with satisfaction.”
Just finished it. I agree. I just couldn’t ever tell if they were targeting an audience who do or don’t know the sport. Probably both I suppose.
Listened to the How Did This Get Made episode about Never Too Young To Die....and holy fuck, how did I not know this movie existed!?!?!? It is absolutely batshit. The fact that this piece of shit shared the theater with Aliens is blowing my mind.
Hdtgm is one of my favorite podcasts. Might be going to see Wait Wait don’t tell me live in November.
My GF listens to True Crime Obsessed. Sometimes I listen in w her. They review a bunch of true crime docs. Most of them have been discussed on TMB at some point. The hosts are a female comic and an uber flamboyant gay dude. He's a bit much at times, but she's pretty funny. Worth a listen if that's your thing. Kind of fun hearing their takes on the docs Ive seen. I was laughing my ass of during the Evil Genius eps.
Just binged Caliphate. The part that really struck me was the overlap in the 3 main things that radical Islam has in common with radical Christianity.
The Fantasy Footballers all day long. Hands down some of the best analysts in the game. They've also got a weekly DFS pod every Friday if that's your thing.
the dude who wrote the snl and espn books did a small podcast series about nick saban https://art19.com/shows/origins-with-james-andrew-miller the individual interviews are there too
I AM ONNA EXPOSE BLOB AND LUKE AND 12 CADILLAC DR SUITE 230 BRENTWOOD TN ,37027 SHOULD HAVE NEVER PICKED UP GATOR SITES AND SUCH IF YOU CANT STOP BEING LIARS .AND ASSHOLES . YOUR TEAM IS A JOKE . GO BACK TOO EMAW.
Who was the Bama player that went the grad transfer route and pissed off Saban. Strength coach talked about it at the end and said Saban was such a good guy that he put in a good word for the kid anyway for NFL teams or some shit #Alabama Crimson Tide
Mo Smith. Weird situation His mom and dad acted strangely during that whole ordeal. Mom went to some reporter and said that our players had taken all of Mo's stuff and thrown it in the trash and how we wouldn't let him in the athletic facility or something. Then a bunch of photos and videos of him working out with other players and stuff after that supposed date was discovered and they just quit talking about it
so goddamn good to have it back and without the nfl shackles just hearing rosenthal drop an f bomb killed me
Their analysis of the new Sunday night theme song got me good It's really the best podcast out there. One of( if not the best) comedian talking about how stupid the NFL is
In The Dark S2 is fucking insane. Just finished it and I want to tear off Dan Evans’ head and shit down his throat.
Been listening to this recently https://www.vice.com/en_us/article/d3emaj/dr-death-podcast-christopher-duntsch-killer-surgeon Seriously fucked up. Dude was able to operate pretty much totally in the open for years and paralyzed/killed multiple people and the hospital covered for him. It was extra frightening to me because the hospital he worked at for a while was about 10 miles from my childhood home. If I or someone I knew needed a spinal procedure, there is a good chance this guy would have been an option.
Listening to that racist old fucker just shrug away his responsibilities made me really angry. I was shouting at my car radio going down the interstate. Reminded me I want to go to law school. Both seasons are really well done. I'm a big fan of their work and was too young to really grasp the Clinton scandals as they were happening, so I've learned a lot. Gin Buckets Thanks for pointing me in Dan's show's direction - I can't stop suckin' now.
