i keep 3d off for the most part. i've kept it on for moon but have yet to see it utilized at all in the new game. is it in there? says its 3d on the back of the packaging but in X and Y i'd see 3d stuff every battle. this one is all 2d so far for me.
2 on 2 and z moves for sure. can't decide if i want to pick up a newer one just to have it or deal with it and rebuy sun/moon in the spring for the Switch.
Caught the legendary and beat the elite 4. Catching the legendary was easy, took me two dusk balls, don't waste your master ball
Just got back into OR. Took a break once I got halfway through the gyms. I'm now on Route 120 trying to get into the Fortree City gym for #6. I'm really enjoying this now. I think I'll end up kopping one of these. Any recommendations on which one?
Exclusive Pokemon don't even matter that much. Offer one up on the GTS for its counterpart in the other game and it'll get snatched up pretty quickly. Fucking GTS is already full of idiots trying to trade shit pokemon for Zygarde
many of them have stupid nicknames, i don't do nicknames also i'd rather just catch everything myself
Don't trade with IV then, but what I was saying is you literally can't catch everything yourself unless you buy both games, or trade.
Have you tried wonder trading though? It's great, don't flood the system with worthless Pokémon though please
Just hit Mossdeep City. Time to get my Dive on. I'm real excited for Pokémon Bank. There's quite a few from ORAS that I want to carry over.
Haven't gotten a lot of time to play it yet but man, having played all of 20 minutes of OR and then before that LG/FR, this is such a different world. I have to feed them beans? Do they suffer if I don't feed them? Or do they just "fight with zest" if they're full and petted enough and all.
So I've caught 3/4 of the Tapus and all but two of the ultra beasts so far and still haven't used my Master Ball and haven't had any trouble. Probably going to save my Master Ball for the last and highest level Ultra Beast. My Snorlax knows Hold Back and my Magnezone knows Thunder Wave (Sometimes my Snorlax's Body Slam will paralyze the pokemon and I won't have to use Magnezone) and once its paralyzed and has 1 hp nothing has been very difficult.
I nickname them all. Munchlax = Cartman. Is it in my best interest to wonder trade shitty pokemon, or does the level/quality of the pokemon going in determine the one coming back my way?
I didn't know what I was doing, tbh. I thought I was going to offer up Wingull and then see sort of a "who is looking for Wingull, for whatever reason, and here is what they are offering."
Spent a couple hours the other night looking for a bagon in that patch of grass cliff side on the first island. A couple hundred spearows, mankeys, ratattas, and cutieflys later and I finally was able to catch my Kevin Bagon.
I'm highly interested, once I have the time in about a week, in doing like competitive breeding. It seems like a lot of fun in between all the grind to get a fuckin perfect Pokemon.
And here I am, still dicking around in Sootopolis City. I just found out how many legendaries there are to catch in OR. I'll never get to play Moon.
Getting close. Just started the Delta Episode on ORAS. Caught Groudon and promptly benched his ass for now. Finished the Elite Four with a team of Manectric, Gyrados, Latios, Swampert, Exploud, and an egg. I've got a box started solely for legendaries and will use the PokeBank system once they get it working so I can bring them over to SuMo for whatever end-game that has. Pretty excited to go legendary hunting now.
Really looking forward to integrating pokebank into S/M, although I put a lot of time into my AS game so it will be bittersweet since once you transfer Pokémon to S/M you cannot transfer them back, and you can't transfer items. I downloaded blue version to my 3DS to get the legendary birds. At this time the only other way to get all 3 to S/M is to bear x or y 3 times
i've been chaining hakamo-o's and jagamo-os or whatever they're called for about an hour now trying to thief steal their razor claw to get weavile and not a damn one is holding one. using butterfree with confounded eyes too. feel like i'm doing this wrong but from all i've read i'm doing it right. such an irritating grind for a stupid item. it's not even night in my game anymore to evolve when i get it :(
