Hypothetically if I did have leftover pancakes, there probably wouldn't be much left and I'd put it in tupperware until that night or the next morning then reheat it
Pro move with kids is breakfast for dinner early in the week then a stack of pancakes in a Tupperware ready for the kids to quickly and easily heat up for breakfast before school the rest of the week.
My daughter usually makes a bunch of pancakes or waffles on sunday and eats them for breakfast all week long. Weirdo doesn't like syrup tho smh We are going out of town this weekend and she chose the hotel we are staying at bc their breakfast has good waffle batter and she can make them herself (she will drink a little bit of it too, again weirdo)
I like to sous vide mine and then finish them off with an Peruvian artisan rub and an hour on the Kamado Joe over locally sourced pecan hardwood chips.
Put them in a blender with 1 cup coconut milk and some agave syrup. Throw in an avocado (full, nut and all) if you're feeling froggy. 1.5 raw eggs and handful of mung beans. Viola, you'll be swol in no time.
I don't ever have leftover pancakes because I don't ever have starting pancakes because pancakes are ass. #TeamFrenchToast
Why would I make more pancakes than would be eaten? What circumstances would lead you to have enough extra pancakes that they’d be worth saving? That’s like asking what do you do with leftover toast. I keep it as bread until I want toast.
Coincidentally me & the kids had left over pancakes tonight. Reheated in a microwave with a damp paper towel on top
Honestly the best thing to do with american pancakes is let em dry out and go the french toast route. Dutch pancakes are more like crapes and as such can be used more versatilly in the after life
Pancake houses have been lying to me with their Dutch babies. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dutch_baby_pancake
Yeah i have in my life never seen that. Wonder if its called a dutch baby because of the early availability of abortion in NL
