4 a week for 10 years, or about 2,000. I’d Probably eat the first like 25 and be over them for good, though.
I have been going all local (except for a very drunk, late-night McDonald’s delivery order) but I might have to fit a chicken sandwich trip in. And an In-N-Out journey.
you’re a stand up guy too (takes one to know one) my district is pretty good about helping those we know about
Let us know if there’s anything we can do to help. My biggest fear through all of this is kids suffering needlessly.
Works well is a big stretch. Drove by one yesterday and the line was wrapped around the building twice. Probably takes an hour or so to go through.
sitting in your car for an hour is not close to sitting in a restaurant drinking and eating for an hour. They are not remotely the same thing.
I went last week and there was only 6/7 cars in drive thru. I left after the line hadn't moved in about 10 minutes
You all complain about Popeye's service. But if you actually want to do something, you'd get a job and make real change from the inside!
Went to grab a sandwich from a deli for lunch but it was closed so went to Popeyes. Only 3 cars ahead of me in the drive thru. Spicy sandwich was excellent; sizable breast and good amount of spicy mayo. Decided to get butterfly shrimp as a side. Meh.
Who would've thought Popeyes and immensely popular barbecue restaurants would have something in common?
AKA: "Our manager left at 4:30 and we just chillin the rest of the night. You can come in and hit this blunt if you want to though."
Just sat in a 20 car long line.... Pulled up to the order board and saw a piece of paper fluttering on it We are out of... . . . red beans and rice Copped a spicy sandwich. forgot how good it is. spicy mayo slaps, bun is just right and the pickles take the whole thing to another level. Forgot how good it is
You’re right. If you’ve done it right you’ve left the wife and children at home. Can listen to music, watch something streaming, don’t have to make small talk... I’m happy to keep going how this can be the superior experience if you’d like.
Similar to CFA curbside being faster than drive through, use the Popeyes app to order and pull to the doors with the DoorDash drivers if they have a spot for that. At mine they just come out and ask names. Got mine bright out in 2-3 mins. Drive through line was wrapped around and then some. Probably at least 30 mins.
KFC tests a new chicken sandwich It’s called the KFC Chicken Sandwich, which could replace the fast-food chain's Crispy Colonel sandwich. (Source: KFC, CNN) Updated: Tue 10:06 AM, May 26, 2020 (CNN/Gray News) – There’s a new entry in the chicken sandwich wars. KFC is testing a new premium chicken sandwich in Orlando, Florida. It’s called the KFC Chicken Sandwich, which could replace the fast-food chain’s Crispy Colonel sandwich. KFC chief marketing officer Andrea Zahumensky said the brand-new sandwich is better in every way. The new sandwich has a larger, extra crispy chicken filet on a buttered brioche bun. It's topped with pickles and spicy, or classic, mayonnaise. It costs $3.99 alone or $6.99 in a combo meal. The chain is trying to gain ground in the competitive chicken sandwich market, going against Popeyes, Chick-fil-A and McDonald’s. “We launched into this process that we believe now is going to be able to compete,” she told CNN Business. “The ‘Crispy Colonel’ has a lot of fans, but we knew we could do better and it wasn’t good enough for us.” It's being tested at 15 Orlando locations over the next month. If the trial run is successful, KFC could quickly roll out the new sandwich at all 4,000 of its U.S. locations.
Grabbed 2 today with the intention of eating both. Got full after 1. Took the second to my mom, she was stunned by how good it was. Truly the king of fast food sandwiches. KFC trying to clone it seems destined for failure.
Got a sandwich yesterday. Can confirm they're still the GOAT. Fries were nice and fresh, as well. A+ job, Popeyes.
