New BK wasn’t great. The chicken itself is fine, but small. Bun was good, but a lot of bun for the smaller filet. The Italian seasoning-flavored sauce was very meh on the original. Did not try spicy yet. Overall, for about $7, it certainly does not slap.

Got Popeyes last night, ordered spicy but asked that the legs be mild (kid reasons) after confirming 3 times (in store not drive thru) and getting a "I'll give you whatever you like honey" while she was packing the box I was filled with confidence. I got home and had no legs. They were replaced by spicy thighs. Popeyes knows best.
The Popeyes in town has had a broken ordering screen for months, so you have to wait in line (which now takes longer cuz no ordering ahead) just be told they’re out of nuggets and you have to audible an order while the employee is staring at you like you’re a fucking idiot.
She actually likes the spicy but it puts a cap on how much she'll eat. In a perfect world we would get one spicy leg and the rest mild. Still bizarre that she likes legs of any flavor, they are far from my favorite.
Had a spicy chicken sandwich for lunch today while on the road for work. Was delightful. Took a 10 min nap in the parking lot after consuming. 10/10 experience.
I wish I had the guts to indulge in the sandwich more often, but I open the app and my brain says get the blackened tenders instead. I think I saw the caloric intake once for the sandwich and it has ruined my willingness to pull the trigger on it.
Chicken legs are prime kid food. They come with that built in handle and don’t have too much actual food on them.

Second bite in and it's got some heat, not too bad though Taste is really good We'll see if the heat gets worse as I go.....
In college I absolutely would have shoved my McDouble between a donut if it had been available at 2 AM.
not in a traditional sense, but I am sure they are often located near each other and vying for pre-10 AM customers who want coffee and a handheld breakfast item.
