The fuck is this Yale tangent? I’m gonna get 10 of these bastards this weekend and document my descent into a delicious induced coma.
I find it odd that they don’t use the spicy breading. Do they not bread the chicken themselves in stores? Does it come pre-breaded in the mild breading?
Breaded in store. They obviously did a lot of testing and went with the non-spicy breading. It was a massive success so you cant say they were wrong. Idk why you keep trying to push the spicy breading. I'm sure they'll give you that option at some point but what they did worked really well.
5-10? occasionally- probably twice that. Ever? Probably most. there was more subtle racist stuff like not giving a black kid a bid that I’m more regretful of. that’s all the questions I’m taking tonight thanks everyone for submitting.
Ha yea that’s a bad word choice. the subtle part was people making excuses like we’re doing it for his benefit, worried about what people might say to him, etc, to make themselves feel better for black balling a black guy. many people claimed sororities would hate us for it. Sad thing is I’m not so sure that wasn’t true. think he ended up going smaller fraternity. Hope he had an amazing college experience.
I don’t believe you. I was in a fraternity at MSU and I’ve never heard the phrase “old row.” Sounds like some stupid southern shit.
My fraternity was founded at Alabama. I’d assume it’s “old row” if the phrase is talking about new vs. old frats. Do you like mayo on your chicken sandwiches?
I actually had a dream about this last night I ordered a spicy and they asked if I wanted the spicy breading or spicy mayo, but I couldn't have both
I'm worried that they're going to put spicy breading on it and just go and mess up the whole universe.
ever since i heard about the idea of spicy breading, i havent slept a wink. been up all night worrying about them messing it up. its really serious business
Hi, I enjoy both CFA and Popeyes. I like being able to get top end fast food chicken/sandwiches at multiple locations. Have a great day.
still good but nowhere near what it used to be don’t even get me started on how badly they ruined their fries
Honestly, Burger King has a better spicy chicken sandwich now. I'm not proud that I know that, but facts are facts. That said, the new Wendy's sandwiches, spicy chicken with jalapeños and such, is pretty good.
I like to think Popeyes just throws ideas out there and sees what sticks with absolutely no research or testing at all. There is some evidence that points to this.
You think a multi-billion dollar company just puts shit in the market with no testing. But if you don't believe me, maybe you'll believe the WSJ. But for Popeyes, the sandwich is a new menu item, released only two weeks before the supply ran dry. It was in development for two years, according to the Wall Street Journal, as the company’s chefs tested various iterations of buttermilk batter, boneless chicken breast filets, sour pickles, and buttered brioche buns. In planning for its launch, Popeyes “aggressively forecasted demand through the end of September,” the company said in a statement, but ultimately it blew through the inventory of chicken filets a month ahead of schedule. https://www.wsj.com/articles/popeye...-jfk-called-for-a-man-on-the-moon-11567089823
People can joke about how the stores are managed but lol at thinking a company that does $30 BILLION in sales annually doesn't do testing before releasing new products. They can still fuck some shit up like the BK taco but thinking they don't do testing is really really dumb.
I didn't think anything. I asked if you had a cite and you weirdly decided to not give one despite apparently having one. I don't even understand the point of trying to make this contentious by replying with a facepalm when you could've just posted the citation you had.
Asking for a cite on something that common sense answers makes you look like a petty cunt looking for an argument. That's very on brand for you.
