Yeah I got some shears similar to that from Lowe's. It's pretty good at cutting shit. Took them to work to cut down something I had mounted at one of the athletic fields using metal zip ties and it was as easy as cutting thru butter with a hot knife.

My cheap Wilson leather briefcase is all torn up and a broken strap so I’m looking for a new bag for work. Carry a laptop, notepad, iPad- maybe a personal book I’m reading and then pens, etc. Work requires my laptop is with me at all times, so it rides in my car every day. I don’t remember the model name but I have some Sorel unlined that are awesome, the leather is enough to be warm in snow with good socks, but, is light enough to be worn in temperate climates.
I know it's worth it. It's on Amazon for $60 right now. I have put in 7 at my parents' house, and they're awesome. I use IFTTT, and they're all set to different things. Some come on at a certain time, some come on at sundown, some go off at midnight, some earlier, etc. My mom is a nightowl, and I set the light beside her chair to blink at 11:30 PM to warn her and then go off completely at 11:45. I have nothing negative to say about them.
