Denon or Yamaha I believe generally get recommended. I have an Onkyo that's fine, but it did need its HDMI board replaced a few years ago. Been fine ever since. I'll probably buy another Onkyo as we when the time comes for the DTS play-fi support.
I'm a Yamaha adherent. Gets the quality v price v features mix just right for me. The2018 models have HDMI 2.1 support I believe which will be important if you care about future proofing. If not, go with the 2017 model which supports zone 2. Otoh that is probably the rxv-483. Reply if you have any questions. My next purchase will be one of the Yamahas that support 2.1
I got this from Costco and love it. Team Yamaha. https://usa.yamaha.com/products/audio_visual/av_receivers_amps/tsr-5830/index.html They have a different version for sale now though, unfortunately Here's the latest Costco offering. https://www.costco.com/Yamaha-TSR-7850-7.2-Channel-Network-AV-Receiver.product.100456240.html
Anyone ever bought Taft boots? https://taftclothing.com/collections/boots They pop up in my social media feeds all the time and seem to have some good looking shoes.
I know this thread isn’t as hot for saddleback leather as it used to be but damn! They are having a garage sale and giving that shit away!
Doesn't look like you can buy anything on-line. Their main site is down while being updated, and the Amazon store doesn't have any of this stuff.
Yeah, it's killing me inside not being able to shop that garage sale. I have a mountain of Saddleback stuff. I also have an XL briefcase that I've used everyday for 7 or 8 years now. Soft like butter and never a problem.
Wore my Allbirds WoolRunners for the first time today to play some poker, i.e. not much walking - I’ve got a ton of fuzzys and pilling going on. Seems like if that’s the case the fluffy/soft comfort quotient will tank pretty quickly with these things.
