They are seconds. I just got mine in last night. I guess technically they are off somehow but I can't tell. Can't pass up a deal for them at $10 though.
AE Clearance sale yesterday. Added these to my cart and decided to take lunch to think about it. When I got back from lunch, they were sold out of my size. Can anyone recommend something similar? Of course, now that I can't have them, I love them: http://www.allenedmonds.com/rothsay/SF9800.html?dwvar_SF9800_color=9800
Thanks for the heads up on that AE sale allothersnsused. Picked these up in dark chili for only $235. Anybody have any AEs in dark chili? They're not too red, are they? I've got a pair of Aldens in mahogany that I rarely wear because I think they're too red.
Sucks that you're missing the end of the Spanish league by a week but Madrid & Sevilla are world class places to visit. Old Town Cadiz is awesome too, only got to spend an afternoon there but the Roman architecture & history was really cool.
I've got four pairs of AE's 2 to 4 years old. Need to send them off to be recrafted. I've bought two pairs of "seconds" and the main difference I've noticed is in the heel. Seems to not be glued as well and doesn't last as long either. Interested to see what I get back after the recrafting process.
Where's the cheapest place to buy a new macbook air. I got a new one back in summer 2013 , spilled water on it like 6 months later, fried it, had apple care, sent it to apple, they say apple care doesn't cover water damage, wanted $850 to fix it. I don't see any point in fixing an old laptop for $850 you can get a new macbook air for like $1200 can't you?
Interested in the responses you get from this bc I've never owned a macbook. Early 2015 macbook air for $999.00 http://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/1128855-REG/apple_mjy32ll_a_12_macbook_early_2015.html
Got a little salty around 2am the other night about my mattress situation, and in a fit of rage bought the california king version of this:
As a little treat to myself, picked up some Oban Little Bay and Glenmorangie 18. My stars the Glenorangie is smooth.
Will do, ordered it early Thursday, got an email Friday morning that it was ready to ship, so I'm hoping it gets here sometime next week. I'm coming from a traditional mattress w/ box springs so I needed to put together a platform frame and didn't want to spend hundreds of dollars. This is quick and dirty but was only ~$40 in 2X4s. I still need to trim the crossbars a bit and put some plywood down, maybe a little plank at the foot would look alright, and/or a cup around the plywood for the mattress. It has turned out to be a good excuse to buy a bunch of power tools I don't need for my apartment.
I spent entirely too much money today: Another pair of AE wingtips: Spoiler new work belt, also from AE: Spoiler New pair of casual loafers: Spoiler Booked a helicopter tour over Iguazu Falls: Spoiler
Good motherfucking luck. I made it like 400 pages before deciding to read other shit. I'll come back to it at some point, maybe
Is this book actually supposed to be great or is it just the novelty of finishing a long ass book? I don't think I know anyone who has actually read it cover to cover.
Bought 3 ties from tie bar $19each no s&h and 2 tie holders off amazon for like $7 I have around 20 ties but only like maybe 5 of them, I have no idea how such a thing happens
I know these feels. I have about 30 ties, but usually only wear about 10 of them. Big fan of tie bar, too.
