Have these and used them primarily as my workout shoe but when the pandemic hit I had to repurposed them for running and man for whatever reason really fucked my hips up. They are fast to run in tho

 

I am very finicky wrt running shoes. I want them as light as possible, as close to zero drop, but still have a tiny bit of spring for road wear and tear. So far they fit the bill for me perfectly.

My office always had a usb powered xmas tree, but I think I'd do this for some nice ambiance if I went back to an office

Just got these enchroma color blind sunglasses. Wish they would make indoor glasses for my type of color blindness so I can just replace my prescription eyeglasses but I’ve been waiting years and nothing still so just decided to bite the bullet during the Father’s Day sale

 

I’m 35, going to be wild to finally be able to see colors correctly for the first time ever.

 

Dude...that’s not how they work. Your eyes are still fucked up, the lenses basically just apply an Instagram filter to the world for your type of color blindness.

I have mild deuteranomaly and looked into these when they first hit the market like five years ago.

Coulda fooled me when you’re under the impression you’re finally going to see colors correctly.

 

My brother got a pair of enchromas for Christmas a couple years ago. He cried when he put them on for the first time

 

I recently got them. It’s really neat to see reds and greens not blend together

 

I’m really interested to see what blues are supposed to look like because blue is my favorite color and blue and purple are virtually indistinguishable for me. Am I seeing both wrong, or just one of them wrong??

Anyone have a solo stove? Thinking about getting one for our upstairs patio. Don’t know whether to get the Yukon or bonfire.

 

Bonfire is adequate IMO. I just got an email that they are retiring the Yukon, not sure if it means they’ll have something to replace it or what. Regardless, if it’s not raining or gale force winds we’ve been out by a fire every night since this shit went down. We love ours.

I got a solo stove bonfire on BF 2018 and still haven’t used it. Need to get my patio project done and get this baby some use.

 

Moving to first solo apartment and looking for some furniture. Any suggestions on couch? I was looking at the Article Sven but $1900 feels like a lot. I would prefer to be around $1000.
