Base for a separate car seat that is $200, can be used for a few months, and expires into uselessness in a few years. Kids!
Anyone have a Ring, SimpliSafe, or other moderately priced DIY home security system they really like? We’re looking to get one, and they’re the same price at Costco ($230) and both have solid reviews (Ring 4.7/SimpliSafe 4.4.) We do not currently have a Ring doorbell if that factors in at all, but would likely add one in conjunction. Any input is much appreciated.
I have Ring and am satisfied with it for the price. The one thing I would say is wire the doorbell if possible. I hate how often I have to charge it being on battery. I do live in a town that most people walk around instead of drive so it is activated a lot more than people who live in the country or suburbs would so that may not be a concern if that's your situation.
I have 3 Wyze Cams. Super cheap, but I haven’t used their service. Really need to sign up and see it to the full potential.
I have a Ring and it works great for what we need. Also have a floodlight camera in the system, which works like a champ. Like pianoman said, wired is definitely better, as I had the unwired version at my old place.
I've got blink as well and have had them for two years now with no issues. I do wish they had two way com though but it'd be to simply to yell at my kids when they leave stuff outside. Need to step up or enhance my yell game yo
we just installed ring alarm last month with retrofit kit so it uses all of our existing wired home sensors. I also replaced our locks with Kwikset zwave locks. You may ask why... well... my wife now has one app to control all locks, alarm, view cameras and control our garage door. Works great. I do need to add 1-2 zwave extenders as 1 lock loses connection.
Have simplisafe and works great. Have smart lock, camera, and doorbell and all work as advertised. Customer service also great.
There was discussion at some point in this thread about joggers or sweats that looked like dress pants.. Can someone tell me what those were? I am furthering my comfy professional wardrobe for my office when my partner wont let the AC above 68.
i know people bought these for black friday. my friend had recommended one that was a few hundred dollars but i figure there's no way it's 10x better than this one. $30 is nothing if it's shit quality.
No idea Probably not, just buy it for $30 and throw it in the trash when you decide if you like using it or not. If you like it then you can buy a better one
this is the one that was recommended to me https://hyperice.com/hypervolt-plus-bluetooth i imagine they're all pretty similar
A little staycation for the girlfriend and I at the Mondrian South Beach for the week after we return from Costa Rica.
Everyone on here swore by the Black Friday deal so I just got this. Won’t come for a month but at $30 might as well.
what's your go to jogger or full length work out pant for when it's freezing outside and you can't wear shorts to the gym?
I always just wore sweats over shorts and then took the pants off since I hate working out with pants on. Compression tights may be an option
I have a couple pairs of these and love them. Kind of pricey, but I waited for a sale. https://barbellapparel.com/collecti...alight-jogger-in-cadet?variant=32062897619016 Pretty limited supply right now on colors/sizes it looks like though.
