Anyone ever heard of this happening? I really liked my on clouds but bought them in November and around June the heel blew out on one of them. No support in that shoe now and it is unwearable. Think I’ll buy another pair but if it happens again I won’t be buying another pair.

I have never had a warranty issue but would bet it is pretty easy I have had multiple styles and like all of them. The ones in the pic I really only use for knocking around stuff - but I will say they don’t last as long as other shoes do

They look cool but yeah I tried a pair on and they were extremely uncomfortable. Maybe I tried on the wrong ones but yeah the look did not outweigh the lack of comfort for me.
