if you have Costco keep an eye out for laptop deals. just going off of specs this isn’t complete dog shit for the price: https://www.costco.com/lenovo-ideap...g4---windows-11-s-mode.product.100841182.html this is a huge step up in every way if you can swing it: https://www.costco.com/hp-14"-lapto...7---1080p---windows-11.product.100804403.html
a lot of people just do an office 365 subscription, pros and cons with this - biggest con is you keep paying since it is a subscription. https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/buy/compare-all-microsoft-365-products?tab=1 you could buy retail, which is expensive, or get a key from a gray market source like g2a. You will have to install and activate over the telephone if you go this route, but it is much cheaper. They give you an activation guide that will walk you through the steps. https://www.g2a.com/microsoft-office-professional-plus-2021-pc-microsoft-key-global-i10000271538001
What are the go to latop bag/ briefcase with shoulder strap. Looked quickly at Fislon and Mitchell. How much do the Mitchell's run ? I'm guessing $1k+ What else is in the top tier?
One of the perks of my job is I get a couple laptop bags a year from a high end European manufacturer. Spoiler: Bag
Ive got an Orvis Bullhide that I like I know saddleback has fallen off but the slim looks damn good and functional
I do not want to make fun of any non-celebrity’s or Clemson affiliated person’s clothes, bc I am by no means a fashionista, but there is either something off about the jeans or something off about the dude’s legs in that top photo..
Ya they look almost photoshopped on. They're J Brand in the size/fit I've bought for years, so I assume they'll fit fine. Theory is apparently the only place that sells J Brand any more, so got them on sale for like $75. Ideally the sale isn't due to some fuckup because they're not returnable.
I don't know if it would be considered top tier but it's high quality. I bought this bag from Korchmar about 8 years ago still love it. They actually make bags for Allen Edmonds which get rebranded as AE products. Mitchell is definitely a step up but at more than double the cost. Made in the US which is nice too. https://www.korchmar.com/collections/briefcases/products/garfield
If you like the Filson waxed canvas also check out J Stark. They are made in the Charleston and very nice. I have this one and love it. https://starkmade.com/products/prospect-briefcase-wax-canvas-charcoal I also have an older Coach leather briefcase that has held up amazingly well.
Ok weird request but here it goes shorts, 1. need to be moisture wicking/swim suit 2. Liner inside 3. Zippered pockets 4. Not crazy length. 5. elastic waistband Spoiler: Examples
Im hoping they help me reach even half the level of self destruction that Kendall Roy has achieved! But really it’s to drown out airplane noise and annoying kids while I’m traveling Where Eagles Dare
If money isn’t an issue, based on the longevity of that wallet, I’d be hard pressed to find anything better than the Mitchell briefcase. I’ve also looked at the Shinola briefs in store before and they are a step below in terms of looks but still very nice bags.
https://vuoriclothing.com/products/...fab9&index=us_products&objectId=4761819676775 Most comfortable shorts I own. Bought 4 pairs now.
got this to replace my old tmb approved wallet that the leather was getting pretty stretched out on. was making me carry extra cards and was annoying.
what leather wallet was getting stretched out? i think my tanner one is like 10 years old and still going strong
Somebody goofed. The real tmb approved wallet was from saddleback and mine is 10 years old in calendar time and appears to be 0 by looking at it.
This is late but those mostly resemble chubbies swim lined swim suit. I have 2 pairs and they’re awesome to wear on a boat. chubbies, lulu, birddogs, meripex apparel (cheaper type of birddogs) and four laps are all great. Shorts have become my thing and I’m embarrassed to say how many pair of these listed I own.
I have some shorts and joggers from Vuori. Didn’t realize til earlier this year that they’re from San Diego and that’s why I see their stuff being worn around town so often. Now I’m sitting here wondering how popular it is outside of this region.
Buddy hyped Vuori, so I asked for a pair of pants as a gift. The second time they were washed, the belt loop got stuck on something and ripped the belt loop and put a big hole in the ass. Never happened to anything else in the same dryer (before or since then). To their credit, I emailed customer service and they sent me a new pair after I sent in pictures. Been thinking about selling the new pair of Vuori to buy more Lulu
Have 2 pair of pants and 2 pair of shorts. Not just my favorites in the wardrobe now, maybe ever. So damn comfortable.
I may need to give vuori another shot. I bought one of their lounge pants and hated how thin and cling wrap-esque they were. Moved on to Mack Weldons for my go-to lounge pants. Also, Mitchell Leather toppled Saddleback as the official TMB wallet many moons ago.
i would not call it top tier, but there is an indian seller on amazon called "Komal's Passion Leather" and their prices are insanely good for decent quality stuff.
