Had no clue about the brand and my parents got me a quarter zip from them for Christmas two years ago. Favorite quarter zip I’ve ever owned.

Don’t think it’s the flex performance. Maybe the Sully? Either way it’s the best fitting qz I’ve ever owned. Soft material.

Any recommendations on a new economical home printer?

Pretty light user, mostly black and white, but do need color capabilities like once a month. Bonus points if I can pick up locally (in Houston, so wide variety of options)

I've seen some references to Epson ecotank, might be slight overkill considering print frequency, but im willing to consider if it's clearly better than other options.

Dicks Sporting Goods golf brand has good lightweight ones usually. They change every year tho so can be hit or miss on colors/patterns

You can not go wrong with an Ecotank. Pick the cheapest one if you don't think you'll need all the features. The biggest feature is the ink supplied in the box lasts forever and if you do need a refill, B&W + Color all comes in a pack at Costco for $50. I've had mine well over a year now and my wife can go long stretches without printing and then all of the sudden will need hundreds of pages (teacher). We STILL haven't needed to buy a refill. Her biggest gripe is that you can't feed pages in from the back via an alternate tray. That is meaningless to me but might mean something to you.

Seriously, it's the best home printer I've ever purchased and I've been in the game since dot matrix.

Thanks. I had seen our school's golf club carry that brand in the pro shop, but I hadn't considered them yet. Too bad they are like $130. I'll pick one up if they are ever on closeout.

Ordered a Power Pole II , 8 ft shallow water anchor. Also ordered a freaking $250 bracket that mounts it to my jack plate. $2k all in. $400 to install it. They are pretty much mandatory for inshore fishing. Really you need 2 or else your boat will rotate around in the current even when this anchor is deployed. I just don't feel like spending $5k on this shit. I have trolling motor with gps spot lock which is pretty good for shallow water fishing but it can be noisy, kick up mud, moves you around a bit before getting locked in, and will spook fish.

What is generally considered a good rate of return for watch resale?

I know some people make a killing off of it so I'm assuming some people itt have dabbled on this front.

    - you called it concrete instead of cement, kudos

    - my dad, for lack of a better words, is probably one of the best in the country at this (from driveways to designing the layout/architecture to a grain bin/grain elevators and the concrete that holds 500k bushel of corn (and the foundation needed for this to happen) then MAKING sure he does the concrete to make sure it’s not shit….I appreciate a good driveway and I’m glad you didn’t go completely for looks. Got to put in those squares or it’s going to be shit eventually.

also, a good driveway is the eye to your house, it feels like shit until you drive around the neighborhood and some idiot saved a few coins and when they bounce a basketball left it goes right off a giant crack after a few years.
