Insane Sept -> Dec : Main Launch -> Crota's End Dec -> May: Crota -> HoW 1st expansion took about 3 months from main launch and then we've been dicking around for 6 months before another expansion? terrible
We were trying to get you into a raid. Probably doing HM Croata soon, well finishing it that is. We generally have a good group on almost all the time.. or at least online on some game and they jump on to destiny to join up with whoever is on.
Yeah I was out to dinner when i got the notification on my phone and accepted. I should be on for a little bit tonight. I'm down to help with whatever, I don't have anything left to do in the game.
Still need to finish HM Croata on my titan, and do the whatever raid gets me weapons for my other two characters. Oh i have 3 lvl 32's now... only like 3 months behind everyone else.
mortal kombat x for me for the time being, but i'll perhaps check in from time to time online. problem is every time i get on none of you are on or playing destiny so i cant do raids or anything. pointless to play destiny if i'm not doing that.
I've been playing Road To The Show for the most part. At least until I get party invites from dabutracing007. Just start a party and raids will form.

Maybe it isn't crucible. I've seen a lot of people asking for random swarms or more 'enemy moving against each other' of endless battles or hordes. Plus you have to figure some ultras will be in the "Prison of Elders." I think it's worth a shot. I don't know how you earn top level gear without a raid though. And you should just buy it. It's $20. Don't make this another TV issue. Also, I think most of us already bought it
20 bucks is one thing. I thought it was going to be one of those 40 or 50 dollar things. Still gay that there is no raid.
yeah i have a feeling its just waves of enemies fighting against a fireteam, but maybe more intricate than a typical arena style thing. i feel like they wouldn't have spent this long just to do a half-assed literal circle where fallen just attack you for an hour.
No raid? Who gives a fuck about Crucible? It's probably the worst part of the game. I hope this Arena mode is something that isn't crucible related and we've just misunderstood. Especially considering that the vast majority of the content in the expansion was already completed and in the game at launch. Seriously, fuck Activision.

Upgrading weapons is interesting for everyone who has a fatebringer. I wonder what Trials of Osiris will be. As long as there is a 6 player version of the arena released at some point I'll be ok.
They promised a raid and they better deliver a raid soon after this expansion. It better not cost anything, either. Depending on exactly what arena is, this could be pretty cool. If it is a typical survival mode with waves upon waves of enemies, I would prefer they simply made that mode variable from 3-6 players and have the enemies scale in number accordingly. I wish they would release a 4-player strike mode as well. I like the idea of levels and missions set up well for two two-man teams.
Don't forget this image was data mined a while back. So I wouldn't be surprised if it started out as a 3 man and then they later released a 6 man version (like a hard mode of a raid) Think it will be pretty cool they can add modifiers to the activity each week to mix it up and force people to do new strategies
Yeah, I'm not going to judge this until I play it. I spent two hours last night doing Cosmodrome Patrol just to see if anyone was going to jump on. I play the game to play the game.

I think yeah it will be waves of enemies possibly some bosses or something. Cool thing is they could rotate modifiers like Arc or light switch each week to make it seem new and different.

Dude some of these updates are pretty awesome.. 36 weapon slots in the vault? yes please! No more splash damage inside the bubble on VoG? yes please!. Decrease Valus Ta'Aruc health, decrease psion flare shields, swords last full 30 seconds on Croata.
Go to notifications -> downloads and pause/unpause the download until you find a better connection to a server. I just went from 3 hours left to 8 mins left
