Been working out regularly for 8 months now, including weights and cardio throughout. Just started a new program a few days ago and Monday was back and biceps day. I thought I was over being sore by now, but holy shit I was awakened at 3:00 this morning because when I tossed in my sleep my right arm must have straightened out and I felt a shock of pain. My arm is so incredibly sore right now I can’t even straighten it without wincing. And it’s not an injury because I don’t feel anything like a tear or a specific pinpoint. Just tremendous soreness right where the bicep connects to the elbow. Damn!
