The Buda Bar was a joint that used to be on Somerset & Harvey which is only about 4 blocks from Mexican Times Square, and they had an abnormally large college presence until they suddenly went out of business like 10 or 12 years ago. Spoiler City pulled their liquor license and shut them down for serving minors.

There was a time not too long ago that rivals had the archaic user interface and 247 was new and fresh. There was a network engineer on SN earlier that said they'll have an entirely new interface by September so I'm willing to wait. I really like john and his staff so I'm probably going to switch over.

247 design sucks but once you figure it out its tolerable. I’m also someone who still uses the forums version 1.0 on rivals because I like it better. I can’t believe the rivals guys will be able to compete with content. 247 was already better with “insider info.” Plus, I hate a Friedman. With that said, I spent $100 bucks on a round of shots and drinks sometimes. The $100 just to be able to access the Mainboard is worth it for the year
I used to live on Harvey St. when it was called The Budapest Lounge. They had ZERO college presence at that time and was a nice quiet place to just sit and get bombed after a day of work & class. Friday Night Lobster Night at McCormick's was the SHIT! $7 for a whole lobster and an ear of corn all cooked by a sweaty fat old guy in a broom closet off to the side of the bar room. All he had was one of those giant stew pots over a camp burner that he'd just stand over and sweat into. Lobster and a PBR ON DRAFT! So damned good, sweat and all.
I think our fan base is completely overhyping McKenzie. I can’t get over how small he looks. He’s a very average regional RB recruit. What are everyone's expectations/predictions for this year? I want 6 wins and a bowl game. We have 5 very winnable games on the schedule and Year 3 is when you're supposed to see the biggest jump in a program. I think 5 wins and competitive games I can maybe live with....any worse than that and im gonna be dissapointed.
