yeah I don’t really know, maybe they were also fairly isolated geographically in terms of what climate they could handle? There were ten million + elephants a hundred years ago. They weigh about the same.

Pitbulls are amazing dogs, and regularly the breed you see in these situations helping with children/other animals in need. I used to be skeptical as fuck around them until I got close to an ex's blue pit, now I own one myself who is the friendliest animal I've ever been around and is incredible with her brother and sister, as well as other friends dogs.
