Cuss words or Curse words?
Damn Ghostface is grey faced
I saw about an 80-90 year old dude rocking a Stone Cold University hat today.
What does it sound like when you people say it
I honestly don’t care about 600 bucks I just want to be respected. I had a long talk with the ex this morning and she said she’d get me the money. Truck situation is being handled. She was all like I knew all along you were still in love with your ex and always have been. Fucking detective over here. Sorry but not sorry. It’s true.
It becomes a two syllable word:
What the hell
More of a drawn out “aww”? I imagine “hock” is pronounced like someone from Boston.
I was trying to figure out how to spell it. I was struggling w something like Hahwwk
People from jersey say it like "howalk"
Say it fast to get the desired effect
Agreed. That definitely would be more of a NE thing and not just us northies in general.
I don’t mean to sound mean, but respected by who? You seem like a genuinely nice and good person. With that being said, I feel like your ex, who never returned your calls, is most likely getting a truck from you without paying you, is showing you no respect by taking advantage of you. I understand that it makes you feel good inside by helping someone out and that’s awesome. But I think you will also lose respect from your current significant other by not getting anything in return.
And did I read that right? You’re in love with your ex?
I was thinking Chicago. Hey ahhh Stiv (steve) take a luk at dat hack ovurrr derrrrre!
My farts smell awful tonight. Good lord
There are levels here. The current gf is the ex that he’s still in love with. The ex that is stealing his truck is the detective that figured this out.
I just saw Fernando Tatis jr is a pretty good prospect. I miss the fake Fernando Tatis account ms paint masterpieces.
He fucked Joe Buck, you know.
Me too. Felt sorry for the poor people at the gym.
Exactly like it’s spelled. There’s a w in there
what? This is weird as hell if you aren't trolling
TC pronounces the capital of Arizona "Pu-hee-onix"
Sa da tay
P sure you can cancel your insurance and basically force her to get her own without transferring the title The Real Roy Williams at least you can here in texas
That way you can hold onto the title until the money is handed over like an actual transaction
Hock and hawk are both words, and they have different pronunciations imo
I guess with a southern accent they could sound differently
The bird ends up sounding like hah-oak but it's not possible to say it without either having that accent or mimicking it
I want to respect my ex and be respected as well in return, I just want the title situation with the truck figured out which it seems like that is in the process of being worked out. When I reference my other ex that is my current girl who I’m in a serious relationship with and plan on it being a long term thing. She was my high school sweetheart and through my first part of college. We split up but got back together after all this time. I’ve always loved her, chick with the truck knew it. The title is getting switched on Friday and I’m getting paid. I agree with you though I need to deal with it or it’s gonna be a lingering issue.
Can you please quit calling your gf your "ex" ?
I don’t give a fuck about the ex. I just want the truck situation dealed with. She knows I’m in a relationship now and acts all sad now. Sorry maybe you shouldn’t have fucked me over.
Well she was my ex but is now my girlfriend again. I don’t know why it’s that hard to understand.
Yea, I know that.....and you've used them interchangeably.
Bc you keep calling every girl in the stories your ex. Are you hard on the juice still Roy? Doesn’t seem like it, just have a lot of shit going on in your life.
Well new girl is all I care about and you all are right I shouldn’t refer to her as the ex. We’re together now no matter what happened back in the day.
It does not sound like hah-oak. That doesn't even make any sense
Hock like "ham hock" and hawk like the bird don't sound the same
Joe has been outed as a country bumpkin. I can’t say I’m surprised.
Say it fast to get the effect
And those two words do sound the same without that accent
you speak with a drawl lol
I cant even figure out how I would pronounce hock and hawk differently without it sounding like I'm mocking southerners
I actually speak with a drol
Phonetically, for one.
I've been saying hawk to myself in a mock southern accent for the last 5 minutes and it gets funnier and funnier
Wow Joe, get ponned much?
Now this is hilarious
You fuckers really turn it into a 2 syllable word lol
