Flew into and out of San Diego and there was the same group of middle aged and older women on both flights. Heard them talking on the way home and they went to Mexico for gastric bypass. At least one of them was struggling pretty hard on the flight home. These were 8 days apart, and im not sure what the recovery schedule is on those things.

 

There are two places I don’t ever want to end up…A Mexican prison and a Mexican hospital
