Wierd I started typing it. Got a phone call and when I came back the stuff I had already typed was gone. I guess it was saved somewhere
I'm sure some people can cook it but dogfish always had a really terrible texture to it. some stuff is more expensive, but not all. I think it more accurately reflects a 'fair' cost of things, most supermarket items have externalities that are not priced in (labor exploitation, ecosystem degradation etc.) I do find that the delta between supermarket and local/organic in the UK is less steep than in the US. Good food is always going to be something I'm willing to spend on, while recognizing that it's a luxury and a better world would make that a reality for everyone. Plus, it makes the Wingstop indulgence even more sacred.
Who is the poster on here that is really into fountain pens? I just watched a YouTube video I think he’d enjoy so can someone please tag them for me?
I understand why some people don’t like dealing with snow and the hassles it can cause. But one of my top five favorite days of every year is the first snow. The serenity that fills the air is amazing.
I'd like it a lot more if I didnt live in an urban area and it didnt into a grey sludge right away. But it really is peaceful and serene for a short while.
I live in a very walkable suburb in the Midwest. So on normal nights when I’m sitting in my living room reading I’ll have people talking and cars going past pretty regularly. But in that first night of a snow I hear nothing. Everyone freaks out about the first snow and stays indoors and the whole world just seems to come to a standstill for like 12 hours. I love it every year.

If you order drinks with your DoorDash food, it’s pretty much a 50/50 chance whether you actually get them.
they screw the restaurants, the dashers, and the patrons. garbage business but if you do it to dash some mcdonalds I don't care
Congrats to our esteemed fathers. My kids are 5/3 and I still doordash milk/diapers all the time when I realize we need them at like 9 o'clock.
Our local Pa Pa John’s are using Door Dash to deliver during non-peak hours, and sometimes in peak hours. Made the logistical decision that it was cheaper to use Door Dash than keep drivers on the clock.
Our Donatos (regional chain) is using DoorDash now too. My local Donatos is also the worst run chain pizza location I have ever encountered.
Pet peeve of mine is people using "good" when they should use "well" Also a pet peeve of mine, the word "pet peeve" Thank you for listening. Nfm
Hear me out: Always thought this was one of Nirvana’s more badass songs. Cover this but do it electric with heavy distortion and crunch. I think this could be a badass heavy song
People are taught at a young age to use I instead of me as a first person pronoun but they’re not taught that I is the subject while me is an object. The easiest way to test whether you’re speaking correctly is to remove the second pronoun/proper noun in the sentence.
samesies. I don’t know the fancy grammar rules/words, but I was taught to recognize what is correct and what is not.
I don't know it either. I was a math guy and only so so at this dumb language that seems to have endless rules
Meh every bag I get from TJ Maxx breaks after a year I travel a shit ton for work and Reddit was keen on Away so got their carry on bag for $200
