This year, the chief stew and chef banged from early on. Half of the crew lived together before and seemed like, outside of minor disagreements, everyone got along

I think the issue was that she didn't respond to the radio and say that she was coming up there to talk to her about it. It's kind of the SOP for them to respond to the radio when called.
The Russian chef was a too good to be true character. Not only was she wildly incompetent, but the out of the blue gaybashing was fantastic.

Jax just hated Ariana and Charli as they’re the only two girls that make fun of him and have never given him any attention. If I’m going to watch next season Danica and Charli will need more screen time. Ariana also is happily out as bi and that drives Jax nuts that he can’t do the same for fear of his “brand”. He was clearly in a relationship with the wealthy gay guy he lived with for years
I'm ashamed to admit that I watched like 10 episodes of season 4 of Below Deck this weekend. The only likable ones imo are Jack, Aesha, Colin, and Sandy. The rest are meh or unlikable. Joao and Anastasia are my least favorites by a mile.
The wife and I discussed this. He's irrelevant now bc he's married. So in order to ensure the show is as much about him as possible, he's going to get even dumber... and probably cheat on his wife again. But also if we are being honest, there is no Vanderpump Rules without Jax. I would say he's the main reason for the shows success. He's so stupid and does so much dumb shit that it's wildly entertaining.
I agree. I hope a lot of it is for the show, because he seems like a nut. I can’t imagine acting like that knowing it will be on camera. I realize people will say “he is an actor!” but endless stories come out when there is no camera or him via social media. I think he is genuine in his craziness.
I always thought he likes to do some blow because when he's been drinking he gets that sociopath look in his eyes, but apparently he's just geeked up on adderall. Ben is the GOAT below deck character. It sucks he was only on it for the end. The Russian chef was hilarious, but I think she's way too good to be true. Colin is likable, but not all that interesting. Joao sucks. Hannah pretty much does too. Jack and Travis' bromance was enjoyable. I could take or leave the other two girls.

The other girls you could take or leave because there was no stewardess drama. This season is setting up for some good fireworks in the interior dept.
Crazy Jax is about the only thing Vanderpump has going for it right now. He is obviously nuts but man the show would be brutal without him.
My favorite thing about Below Deck is how they can promo "drugs onboard" for an entire season and it only end up being a five minute clip.
